I don’t have home security, so this was a great investment. I have several packages getting delivered every other day & it’s great knowing I’m able to see the camera live, who’s at my door, and able to speak to them knowing what they want. App features near robberies & suspicious activities. Super helpful keeping an eye on the house especially being away for long hours.

The ring camera has exceeded my expectations and is affordable for regular people to be able to record videos of motion wherever. I love that I can talk to the people who visit and the camera clearly records their faces and action when they have triggered motion compared to my other camera which captures images of nothing after the person is long gone.

The setup was fairly easy and the video doorbell works great. I love that I get notifications of suspicious activities from people that live near me. I would have given 5 stars but had to take 1 away due to the installation. It comes with a masonry drill bit if you’re installing in brick, as I did. The bit is useless and will not penetrate the brick. I ended up having to go to a hardware store to buy a bit that would do the job.

Love the ring 2 doorbell!! We originally bought the Pro version but our wiring didn't work for some reason to supply enough power to the unit. Customer service was great but after extensive troubleshooting they recommended the Ring 2 since it has its own battery pack and just uses a small charge from the doorbell wiring to keep it charged. Takes an hour or less to install, video is great, solid product!!

I seriously promoted this product to 3 of my wife's aunts and one of my brothers. This can even double as a doorbell with some wiring knowledge. I got one from Costco, but then Best Buy had them for much cheaper so when purchasing again I went with BB. They were also giving away the echo with it, so even if you didn't have a door bell the echo could be programmed to alert you.

Camera is clear as day. Very easy setup. Love it. Best purchase I’ve made.

This device is fantastic real to check our front door anytime but by a stream or if anything in motion we will get an alert on her phone and able to view real time

Quick and easy to set up. Great video quality. We use it at our office which most people are not near the door to hear a regular bell. This allows it to ring on everyone's computer in their office.

Purchased this door bell due to UPS saying my packages were "stolen." For the price I was skeptical, but I'm not a super tech person so I looked at reviews. The reviews were all over the board but I would recommend this product to keep an eye out for visitors/mail people etc. Quality for me works and I like having it being controlled for our iPhones. Overall a really good product in my opinion.

Installed the doorbell shortly after Christmas. Installation took 10 minutes. However, getting everything to sync to my husband's smart phone and the internet is another story. Had to call Ring Doorbell, wait for someone to help, and when they came on the line it took 30 more minutes for everything to finally work properly. My husband is very happy.

I love this camera/bell. You can set it to notify you when anyone is at your door or rings your bell. The picture is great. The only thing I'm mad about is that this was on sale for half price this week. I think it is a little overpriced and I gave it one less star because you are forced to buy a monitoring plan with Ring. You should be able to save to memory card or your own hard drive. But otherwise, I love this bell.
