I use the alerts function for motion and doorbell and I paid for the annual subscription to save all alerts. I regularly review all motion activations and use the doorbell answering remotely. Love this product and will be purchasing the flood light model for over the garage soon.

Easy to hook up and the battery is great as long as it's not too cold outside. This winter 3 days of below 10F killed it very fast. I do have it hooked up to the low voltage doorbell also for charging. It just couldn't keep up. Besides that small thing it has been perfect. I've had some great talks with our family dog when he wants to come inside.

I've already exchanged it once because it wasn't picking up motion. My wifi isn't the problem because I have the floodlight and it works perfectly fine and it is further away from router. I also have the Chime Pro and that still didn't fix the problem. I think for the price of this it should be working alot better.
