I recommend this camera. Great clarity. Easy instillation.

This camera brings you peace of mind when you've been robbed, however if your internet is slow this only solves part of the problem because even though you can adjust the settings the camera often lags and you can miss someone on your porch. Getting an internet extender, will help. I recommend this however if you have the ability to add other security measures like me by all means don't make this your only choice.

Ring Doorbell 2, works good easy to install, keep all the extra parts, even if you don't need them, I didn't keep any like the wedge didn't think I needed it, and low and behold, figured out that the video was filming to high and birds was setting it off, so have to aim it a little lower, they want 20.00 dollars for that little piece of plastic, and I through it away, now I have to order one, and I'm upset about the price of it.

Great quality and features for home security! I'm a real estate agent and I buy these all the time for client gifts. The Ring Doorbell 2 is my preferred choice simply for the flexibility of where and how you can position it. Only downfall is that it runs on battery but that's why you get a spare so you can switch them out every 2-4 months or so.

We had 3 packages stolen from our front door. Our neighbor across the street came by to tell us their ring doorbell recorded a car pull up in our driveway and take them. We were able to show the police the video and they tracked them down from their cars license plate. My wife and I purchased and had one installed right away. Great product.

If you have the option to hard wire go for the pro it looks better and has better motion zones. If you have to go non wired get this over the original. With the original you have to take it down to charge, with these you just get a spare battery and switch it out do you keep the ability to record and a working doorbell with no downtime. The only down side is the motion zone adjustment is not as good as the pro.

After a few wrong deliveries, I suspected theft. This now alerts me when a package arrives and I can see it being delivered and by whom. Hopefully there wont be theft, but if there is I hope to be able to provide social media with an image or two. The clarity isn't top notch, but suits my needs. Everything is included in the box, no need to supply anything yourself unless you want longer screws.
