Improved Video Doorbell

Being able to swap out the battery, without removing the whole unit is great. Also having the mounting screws protected by the case against the elements was another improvement. Much better design. I keep a spare battery to swap out when the battery drains.

Good Product but take time to adjust settings

I have found to dedicate a 2.4ghz network or guest network will solve live view issues. Also, switch channel from auto to channel 6 and reserve an IP address for it. If done correctly, doorbell works perfectly. Great product and good upgrade from Toucan.

Great doorbell

The quality is amazing and the distance is clear. I also enjoy the fact that you are able to share incidences with other ring owners within your community. I have only had this doorbell for a short time, but really please with this product at this time.

Fair for the sale price

The picture and set up is 5 stars. To many false warnings. Basically had to set the motion so its almost all the way in so it wont activate with street traffic. For the sale price it was ok $60.00 off regular price. But if I would have paid full price I would return it.

So happy with added security.

Love the added security it adds for front porch deliveries and salesmen. Was always worried about front-porch thieves, so we now have a little more peace of mind and can grab packages when delivered. Was fairly easy to install too.
