Clear picture, detects movement and allows you to talk to people at your door even when you're away. Even comes with plates that allow you to change the angle left-right and up-down to allow a better view of your entryway. It connected to the existing doorbell power and chimed on the existing doorbell chime, too.

love ring camera, was easy to set up really great picture quality , started out with ring door bell and stick up camera after installing we decided we had to have an echo show 8 and echo dot , was so happy with purchase we went back and bought another echo show 8 , along with ordering an echo flex speaker,

I purchased the Ring pro for my front door and have been very happy with it. I decided to add one to my back door but went with the Ring 2 because it was cheaper. It works ok but not as well as the Ring pro. I've had wifi signal strength issues with the Ring 2 but added a range extender and that seemed to take care of the issue. The pro also has a better setup for controlling the motion zone(s).

Great addition to our home security. Very sensitive and picks up traffic on our street. It's great for missed visitors to house when we are not there and keeps a video of the event. Sometimes there is a lag to access but that is a signal and internet problem. Customer service is great.

Got this for the wife for Christmas and she loves it. Makes me feel safer knowing she can answer the door from another room before she has to be standing there in the door. And it works great with the echo show 5 I got with it. Plus you can have it ring on your phones as well as the amazon echo's around the house

we had tried the gen1 before, and this gen 2 is much better. more room for improvement include the need to ring protect and not having the free ability to access to videos more than few days. Camera could be a lot better, considering where the camera technology is these days...but works good but not perfect yet!

Easy to set up and use. Can stream Live video and get notifications when away. Very sensitive though. Working of adjusting the perfect settings for that. Great for piece of mind though! Would recommend this particular model for anyone who doesn’t already have an existing hardwired door bell outside their door.

I have had the Ring Video Doorbell for about 3 months now and I am very satisfied with the product. Great quality on the two-way voice mic. The cloud system lets me see any past event which is extremely helpful since I get a lot of deliveries and like to know when stuff arrives. Great starter and hope to get the wired version soon for higher quality feed.

Love the Ring 2 but had multiple problems trying to set it up on the app and get it to function properly . Was problematic in several areas. Contacted Ring and they tried to solve the issue repeating all the things I had already tried. Eventually I was able to adjust it to function properly on my own. Has a good picture and sound. works well on both my phone and Echo Show.

The ring was very easy to install and very easy to use. We love the ring and the ability to monitor our vehicles. The neighborhood alerts are a bonus. We can all post on lost pets, crime, suspicious activity etc. I was very surprised to learn that the annual cost for recorded videos are reasonably priced.
