Very easy to set up and install. Great camera quality.

We now have the Ring at the front door which works great. I installed it in about 10 minutes and set it up in another 7 min. Very easy to do. It gives great video and photo capability. We are extremely happy with it and enjoy the extra security of seeing who is setting the motion detector off when someone comes close to the door.

I’m glad I decided to go for ring door bell. I was paying $35.00 monthly fee for alarm company that doesn’t even work half of the month. I decided to go for ring after I’ve seen it in a couple of homes and the video excellent. Mostly the neighborhood alarm alert is very nice. Thank you ring!!! For a job well done.

Fancy and effective motion detection range adjustment. However, fifty percent of the time (50%) the crystal clear video would freeze shortly after motion detection and would not stay on for the duration of he motion, many a time video would come on after the individual left the door (walking away). Audio is intermittently illegible. Totally understand wireless technology so had it for 10 days, read about it, liked it wanted it and I gave it a good try, but, CAN NOT deal with inconsistent electronics.

Camera has put me at ease knowing I can track everything going on outside my door. The community feature to connect with neighbors and track anything going on in your area is another HUGE plus. I would absolutely recommend to anyone interested in home security. Will probably be buying more ring products in the near future.

Very happy with purchase. Was easy to install (hardwired) and setup. Will take a little “tweaking” to set the proper range so it doesn’t pick up to much or too little activity but it’s very easy to do thru the phone app. Bought one for my sister and mother-in-law and they were no different, easy to install and setup within an hour.

I work out of my home and get several deliveries a week Not always do the drivers let me know Now I can see them clear the porch before a stranger does, I did find the directions a little difficult to follow The set up buttons were so light that I din t realize that that was what was needed to touch I am defiantly glad I got thiis

This is our second one. We love it. Super easy to install and so much more affordable than the traditional security system. It's great they offer different ring tones too. Makes it easy to tell which door is ringing. We have already sold at least four other friends on the system.

The only issue I had was trying to charge it since it wasn't hardwired. It works as a great surveillance system and I could see my entire neighborhood surrounding area. I had access to viewing previous or missed doorbell rings and even could see any time the motion sensor was triggered. Never any questions about who stopped by. This is an awesome buy.

I purchased this doorbell along with its partner in crime - the Ring Pro - and both have been great. Audio and visual quality is great, both during the day and evening hours. Installation was not difficult, and it's quite easy to use. The only pitfall to this is charging the battery when a hardwire can't be performed. Nonetheless, great product!

I upgraded from the first Gen Ring and this one is better on all accounts, when it works. I keep getting blank videos randomly after most alerts. I want to recommend this because I know how good it COULD be, but the bugs are atrocious. The Android app needs some loving too

Clear video, easy to use, and the alerts are great.

The picture quality on the Ring video door bell is great. The zone setting are a little sensitive, but are easily adjusted in the ring app. The sound quality is also better than I expected. I am thinking of adding to my Ring network and highly suggest others check out the Ring products if you are looking to upgrade or invest in home security.

The Ring doorbell 2 allows us to feel secure that if someone approaches the house we can view them. Either taking to them or calling the police before there is a break in. l enjoy going to Best buy because if I'm sure of a product their employees are very well trained that they can explain and mot leave me confused.
