I had this Ring doorbell installed by Best Buy. I think it has a great picture and notification is simple. I am having some issues with the time it takes for the camera to connect to my phone so I know what is happening at the time it is occurring, I don’t know if this is my poor WiFi or just the way it works. Overall, I’m glad I have this added security.

I have had my Ring Doorbell now for a few months. It has become a very useful tool. We are now notified when delivery’s are made, when guests pull into driveway, or someone’s at the door. Works as advertised. TIP: charge battery and set up before mounting. This way you can activate camera’s live view to decide best place to mount your Ring.

Have wanted to get one of these for the longest time. Researched all the various brands and each have their pros and cons. However, the Ring has the right balance of features, quality, and price for me to finally pull the trigger. Have not been disappointed. The neighborhood “nearby incidents” feature is great.

easy to set up the controls are simple and easy to customize and video is clear

Purchased for front door, was easy to install and easy to use came with hardware and screw driver. Good tech support to assist with connecting to WiFi network, easy installation instructions and WiFi set up. Good deal when paired with echo or when on sale will buy again for the back door.

Could not be any happier with it. Awesome picture and motion sensor. Easy to setup and install. I had it on the outside wall and working in 30 to 45 minutes. I definitely would buy another one. It has great night vision. Also best buy shipped really quick. i was quite happy with best buy and the product.

We were looking for something to see who comes to the door during the day and this seemed like a great option. The only cons (and not major) is the somewhat short battery life (3 months) and sensitivity of the motion sensor. Takes some playing around and compromise on the motion sensor. Like how now we know when someone is in area and when they ring the bell. We can also see our packages as delivered.

Ring Doorbell 2 provided me with a sense of security from porch pirates and theft. I had a package missing and my car broken into; however since the purchase of my ring doorbell. I have been able to monitor my home with ease whether I'm home or away. I love that it is connected to my Alexa devices so I can answer and see who's at the door with my echo show.

I absolutely love my ring doorbell. I used to have extreme anxiety at night and had difficulty falling asleep worrying about people breaking into the house. Anytime someone gets close to the house I get an alert on my phone and a video is produced. Let’s me see what time the teenagers are getting home at night too.

This is OUTSTANDING doorbell great safety for family and friends. It makes my family feel very safe I'm very happy that we got it.

Picture quality was perfect and very easy to install

The ring 2 works as advertised. We’ve just put it up and had it for 2 days. Very easy to install. The app works good to view a love video shot. It was snowing and we got a couple messages that their was motion detected but it was due to snowflakes. You can customize the motion detection so I will do that if it continues.

This was easy to install and the video looks clear.
