I have had this for a while now. It catches most everything. I am still working on the angle because sometimes I can open the door and it doesn't catch it. The other issue is that when I get an alert/ring, I can't immediately open live view to interact with whomever is there. Other than than, I am very happy with it. It was amazingly easy to install.

Easy to install and connect with my wifi..but I feel there is always a delay in the motion detection notification...also sometime when I want to see live feed...it takes a min or so to activate which is not safe as the person/object is gone by then...

Love my Ring Doorbell! It has already helped me on several occasions with deliveries and people being around my house when they should not be! Some extra advice, is to purchase a spare battery if using a battery operated Ring Doorbell, when you see it is getting low in the app, you can get the other charged and ready to swap out!

This is a wonderful product this is my second one I bought for my other house it works very good and I was not disappointed yet

This Ring Video Doorbell is amazing. Purchased it as a gift for a family member who lives alone. Not only can she see if someone is on her property, but when she is home, she can see who is at her front door before answering. Love that she can communicate without having to open the door. Worth every penny!

Had another brand, thought it was a good product. Had to modify my digital doorbell chime, vendor sent in the wrong part. Got that squared away, it still didn't work. Poor customer support. Bought Ring 2 at Best Buy, great price, installed quickly, online and human support were great! In a much better place now..

We are really enjoying our door bell 2 camera, I connected it to our digital door bell and it works and keeps the battery charged too, we purchased a Chimes from Best Buy too, it sounds the alarm when motion is present, it sounds for the door bell button too! We love it! Gene Meade

I love all options the ring doorbell allows me to see and record, and that it enables me to answer when away from home. Also like that it saves the captions and let s me save or erase if needed. Overall it is a great device to have for security reasons.

This system is aewsome. Its very easy to manage and the gost is the best ever. The system was so good for me with alerting me of people coming to my house and the fact i could chat with them to see what was needed. Its was so amaxing that I had 3 family members to purchase the Ring. I had them to buy the Arlo too

thos was the first ring product inpurchsed. It give you a sense of security you never thought you needed. The productbis easy to setup. You can look at history of moment for a low monthly cost, or have only live feed at anytime for free, with motion detection & if someone rings the doorbell.

We love this doorbell overall, but I will say the battery capacity isn’t what they say it is. I’ve had it less than 6 months and have had to charge it several times. I have even decreased the sensitivity range so it doesn’t pick up as much ambient stuff like cards. Overall I love it, but just have to charge it more than I assumed I would, which means more time with less security.

I am so glad I got this because now I know who is at the front door without needing to look through the window and making it obvious that someone is looking out. (I have no peephole) This is very easy to install and set up. The only bad thing is the connection; there’s been a few times where there would be an error on the video so make sure your WiFi is really good!

My husband says it’s the “Best gift I’ve ever gotten!” We highly recommend it. Whether you are keeping an eye on delivered packages, tabs on when your teens come and go, catching ding ding ditchers in the act or laughing at your friends who sing and dance when they ring the bell, it’s a great product for every home.

This is my second Ring Video Doorbell 2. Built in rechargeable and removable battery is a great feature, which is great improvement as compared to the original Ring Video Doorbell. I actually installed a solar charger with this doorbell which completely eliminated the need for electrical charging altogether.

We installed this doorbell one week ago and wish we would have purchased this product long ago! It allows you to set the monitoring parameters. We get notified when someone approaches our driveway up to our door. Also, you can talk to who is at your door even if you are not home! I would recommend this to everyone!
