I was hesitant to buy this at first coz I thought it would not meet my expectations. This and Amazon Echo Show 5 were a bundle for less than $100 on sale. I love everything about this doorbell! I would recommend this product :)

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Great replacement for old intercom doorbell.

Easy to setup and use. I enjoy the extra layer of protection for my family and home. Also because the way my house is situated, no one ever know what door to come to. When the Ring motion goes off I can see who is there and direct them.

After 20 years of a standard doorbell, the last few years not working, we decided to replace it with a video doorbell. Our ring doorbell works great. I can’t stop checking in on it even when we’re out of town. Easy to install, easy to use.

I bought this for my husband and father for Christmas. It was a little difficult for my father to put together but was very easy for my husband. It is a very useful item and works just as it claims it does. We will be looking to for additional Ring products in the future.

Setup was easy. I originally had it running off the batteries but they died fairly quickly so I installed a doorbell transformer. Over all really great! I just wish the live view load was slightly quicker like the Eufy cams.

I really like it. It does pick up motion from a near by tree, but that’s ok. While I was at the grocery store this even I was able to see a package brought to our door by someone in the neighborhood. It had been delivered to her house by mistake. I was happy about that.

Love the picture clarity and ability to know who's at the door. Helps you avoid pesky sales and petition folks. Is tok sensitive to Road traffic so lots of false alarms. Timed feature with ability to look back has helped us she if our son is following the rules too.

We setup our doorbells using battery power, because our doorbell wiring is old and has problems. When you fully deploy its motion and recording functions, battery life is only 1-2 months. Unfortunately I have found that I have stopped paying attention to notices, because it goes off every time a family member comes and goes from a door, walks in the yard, mailman delivers etc. This is what it is supposed to do, but after a while you just learn to tune out the notifications. It does a good job of recording events and the app is user friendly. It has been a challenge to optimize the network connection due to my house layout, mesh network nodes, and perhaps aluminum siding. Connection is ok, but there is a sizable delay when trying to go to live feed to speak to and see a person outside. Overall if you want a video doorbell, you will be happy with this system.

The Ring doorbell adds security to our home as well as convenience. We have already used it several times to talk to service techs that have arrived at our home to fix our cable TV and to give instructions to a landscaper planting trees for us.

This product is easy to setup. We have Alexa and it is compatible with the Ring Door bell 2. So have the old Ri g door bell at our backdoor and the new Ring doorbell on the front door. This works very well. Way to go BestBuy.

These should be standard equipment on all homes. Easy to install and configure. Hard wire for constant charging and interface with home door bell chime. Only negative is the unit requires lithium ion batter even with hardwired installation.

What I like about this device is that I’m alerted when packages are here, who’s at my door and neighborhood watch . We are living in times where we all want to be safer and cameras help with keeping us informed . .

elected to place this at the backdoor instead of just a camera to oversee pool, lawn people and be alert to any suspicious activity on the terrace at night. It blends in more than a regular camera and was cheaper.

Everyone should have one! I️ love being able to talk to the person at my doorstep.

Easy to install the unit, but before you start, make sure of the area you want it in. You might want to active the ring and the app, so yu can see what it will look like when it is installed. Other than that no issues, love the unit. I even got an extra battery for it.

We installed the doorbell, it took a little while to get the kinks worked out. The video quality is very sharp, still working on the audio adjustment. My only complaint is having to pay extra each month to be able to view recorded videos. Other than that, I am pleased.

This wireless doorbell is fantastic. We get a lot of deliveries and this will let us know when delivery has been made. Easy to install either hard wire or wireless. We chose wireless. definitely would recommend this doorbell
