I purchased this doorbell because I had some concerns about safely being able to see outside of home late at night. It took minutes to install and super quick and easy to sync to my phone. It was definitely worth the money.

I love my ring doorbell it works perfectly all you need is high speed internet.

Upgraded from the original RIng in which the battery needed to be charged every week and wasn’t holding a charge. Like that I can have another battery already charged and ready to go and it is a quick change and I lost no settings.

While on cell connection, my phone has worse then even odds of being able to connect for live view, and doesn't provide an error message beyond 'we're having trouble reaching the servers'... despite the fact the servers just told me about motion detected. Occasionally I'll attempt a live view from the cell phone, and it won't fail- but it will show nothing but a black screen. Recording only starts 1-2 seconds after motion detected, which means for delivery folk you only see their backs, if you see anything at all 6. Motion not reliably detected, despite sensitivity being cranked up to max

Very reliable and easy to use and great camera would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a nice security feature plus wifi and wireless also easy to see from workplace and when out of town to overlook the house.

I love this doorbell but the motion setting is very sensitive. Also I get the chime every time I walk out the door or something my family does which is kind of a nuisance. Overall the camera quality is excellent and I like the ability to network with neighbors and pass along suspicious activity

Great device and easy to set up. This is something that most homeowners should invest in for home security. Neighbors who also have the Ring Video Doorbell can share any negative experiences with sketchy people within the neighborhood.

I have had ring products, I wanted to upgrade picture quality, so I upgraded to the doorbell 2. It is not as reliable as the doorbell 1. It misses movements, I have placed it the same spot as old one.

The product is attractive. There is a choice of colors for the cover. The one I chose matched my door perfectly . It was easy to install and easy to maintain. I enjoy knowing who is at my front door even when I'm not at home.

I'm glad I got this so I know who is at my door and I don't feel bad about saying "No thank you" through the speaker. I wish I would have gotten one years ago but I'm glad I waited for the improvements and price drop.

Perfect doorbell to see what is going on outside. This has helped me keep a track of all the packages that I have received. Very easy to set it up on the phone and connect with the Amazon Echo show.

This is a good doorbell camera. It is a little tough getting the motion set correctly. I do not have it correct yet but it is getting better. It has missed some persons walking to the door but does get when the trees shake in the wind, or a car goes by that is noisy.

We feel so much better about going away for trips since we installed our ring doorbell. It's super easy to install and setup. The ring app is super useful as well, giving neighborhood updates and theft warnings. Cant recommends enough.

Love the ring doorbell however I’ve had issues with the strength of my home wiring and needed to buy a stronger transformer to operate. The doorbell itself is great, the video reach can be expanded or narrowed based on your need and you can see very clearly the surrounding areas

Easy to install and activate. Love knowing when there’s activity at the front of my home when we are away. Corner wedge is included which I didn’t know and purchased one separately, which was also a breeze to return at BestBuy.

The Ring has been great we had someone sitting in our front yard at night and I guess knowing we installed the ring has kept them away! WE CAN SEE GREAT DURING THE DAY! However, for at night we are installing better lighting.

Easy, straightforward set up is a hallmark of this device. I had no trouble attaching it to my door, looking into the existing wiring, and logging into the network. Within minutes I was able to communicate to way with anyone who would come to my door .

I purchased this after researching several others on the market, and I have been extremely happy with it. The picture and sound quality is excellent. The motion detection feature works great and allows me to keep an eye on the yard.
