This was an easy selection. I love the product and easy to change/charge battery. Major issue with the wedges not lining up so had to make new holes. Too bad this model is no longer available

Easily installed and setup. What better way to replace a broken doorbell than with a unit that provides security and serves as a two way communication with someone who is at the door whether you are home or away.

For the price this is an excellent addition to our home security. Notifies us when anyone is near our front door- plus all the way down our driveway. We love it. Battery powered and very easy to download the app

I’ve had this product for three weeks and had to sync it to my WiFi network 4 times now. My router is within three feet of the Ring unit and yet is always losing connection. I’m so frustrated. But when it works it work great.

Love the camera, great wide angle view, great picture, mounts easy, my only problem is nobody can hear me and you can barely hear them, will be returning this one and hopefully the replacement is better.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my wife. Had installed by the Geek Squad. Took 10 minutes. Can even see the early morning Waste Mgt truck going by at 6:00 AM in the dark. Great resolution and fun to see who's been at your door. An extra layer of security as well!

I previously had an off-brand doorbell to give it a try. It worked ok, but did not work with my electronic doorbell - we had to use a mechanical version and it constantly made a quiet humming sound. We replaced it with this Ring 2, and it worked perfectly with the electronic bell we preferred, and also serves to notify each Echo Dot in the house when the bell rings. If you have a fire TV device or Echo Show, it can also show you the doorbell camera. Allegedly google home was suppose to be compaible with this as well but that's not yet been the case. That's my only complaint so far, but please be aware there's a subscription fee required for the full features of around $3 a month.

Love my new ring doorbell. To get alerts that someone is at your front door especially when you are not home is so helpful. You can see when packages are delivered. You know when anyone is on your property. It makes you feel more secure.

The install instructions were great and took me about 30min to install/setup. Sometime the battery door seems stuck and you have to pry it open. Other than that it works great. There are sometimes delay in notification on your phone.

Always cautious about products for outside and durability. Well this was easy to install to my existing door bell. Battery is charging correctly, and even with high outdoor temps, works flawlessly.

Can't believe I waited so long before buying this. It was extremely easy set-up...great directions (with pictures!). Different settings you can customize for your use. Gives me a really secure feeling!

My husband and I have this and we bought this one as a gift for my son's house... we are all believers in the Ring, spend the extra money and get the Ring 2, the difference in video quality is worth it!

This is great for security of older people. My grandfather loves it!

I have had the doorbell camera for a few months now and overall am not overly satisfied with my purchase. The motion detection is pretty poor, My door is over 100' away from the road and even after multiple attempts at tuning the motion detection range it still picks up every car that drives by and sends an alert to the chime and phone. However, it often doesn't pick up people walking up to the door until either they have pushed the button to ring the bell and activate the camera or are walking away after delivering a package. They recently updated the camera and the detection has marginally improved, but overall I'm wishing I went in a different direction.

The ring door bell is one of the good video door bells you can have. It is easy to install. The video quality is pretty good even in low light or during nights and the motion settings works flawlessly.

bought this for my moms rental, charge the battery fully before installing. the battery is half dead when you buy it. the quality is good, but notice that when your speak and someone speaks at the same time they are muted. but the clarity is good.

How did we ever live without it? Great for proving that your shipped items never arrived and great to see who's knocking on the door unexpectedly. Wish I had gotten it sooner.

Disappointed in quality of audio connection as well as time it takes to connect when door bell is rung. Also disappointed with having to pay extra for keeping a history of video. Video is good, not sure this product is better than other like products.

I already have numerous Ring products and this is just another example of great smart home products! The video is crystal clear and the two way communication works flawlessly. I highly recommend this!!

I have this set up at both of my homes. I enjoy the extra security of knowing the home is protected and the ease of speaking to people when we are in the backyard or the pool and not missing them. It’s great!!
