Wanted this so we could monitor who came to our door while we were at work. It picks up everything and sometimes picks up the UPS truck as it drives by. Super clear and able to see exaclty who rings your doorbell.

This is an excellent product to have for any household or business. DoorBell 2 has the best features like; Motion detection, video recording, voice activated conversation from the door, and best part is you can get all these notification form to your phone wherever you are. Best Buy also offers a great installation program, but unfortunately, I installed it myself which was easy… BUT I would highly recommend getting it done professionally if you don't know what you are doing. They also offer a great 2 year protection plan!! Get That!! Overall. Great device for your home or business. I bought this on Black Friday so it came with an Alexa Echo 5. My money well spent and I am not disappointed.

So easy to use and so easy to install. They also have great customer service if something goes wrong as well. These work great and connect to Amazon echo devices too easily. Good product.

Bought this for my mother and it has been great. We can track anyone that comes and goes from the house and she loves the fact that she can converse with guests that stop by while she is out.

This doorbell 2 is a good upgrade from the original doorbell. My only issue is with the ring app, I get alerts that there is motion at my door. When you open that alert it spends minutes loading the video. I do not have an internet issue or a range issue.

I love my ring doorbell. I know who's at at door even if I'm away. I don't have to open the door to see who's there. And it works great with my alexa spot. I see a video on my spot too or on my iPad and iphone

I can't believe I waited so long to install a doorbell camera. Not a day goes by that I don't use it for motion or someone at the door...Must have for every homeowner. Very easy to use and setup.

I love this system and find it very easy to setup! Have used it now for over two weeks. I especially love the crime alert in neighborhood. You actually see the videos of fellow owners of crime occurred

Once you get it installed, it works as advertised, but no one said you had to pay to subscribe to be able to see who rang the doorbell if you didn't answer it. I don't find it useful, but others might.

this was my first of a handful of now ring products great quality great value grown to love the brand see many great things coming out of ring as their lineup has flourished :)

Works very well, easy to install Battery last at least a week or more Recordings are stored in cloud and the subscription is reasonably priced App is very much user friendly.

We had another video doorbell we got from Amazon that was a cheap knockoff, and had so many problems with it that finally broke down and purchased the real deal. Got it at a good price and so far have been very pleased with it. Able to see when UPS or Fed Ex delivers a package and also notified if there is movement in the yard. Great range of view if I just want to go to Live View and see what's going on in our driveway, neighbors yard, our front yard, and front porch. The only problem we've had is getting to always notify us when there is movement further away or when cars are pulling in to our driveway. I would like to even be notified of that, but it is still worth the purchase.

I bought this ring doorbell for mom as a Christmas gift and she loves it. So far, I haven't heard any negative comment from my mom so I guess she loves it. The installation was easy and it works.well with existing mechanical doorbells.
