What a great camera. The doorbell is terrific and my husband had no issues with the install whatsoever. The app is great and very easy to personalize to your own preferences.

I had the Blink video doorbell & 4 cameras. On top of the 3rd party installer who did a poor job (long story) & the Blink not always going off, I decided to turn it all in for refund & got the Ring doorbell 4 with 4 cameras. Geek Squad came & did a fantastic job not only with the install & needing only 3 cameras but also carefully explaining everything I needed to know a well as suggesting to use different mounts. They also made sure a file was claimed for damage caused by the 3rd party guy. The technology on the Ring doorbell 4 is night & day compared to the Blink I had. I highly recommend!

We love our doorbell! It is awesome to have it connected to Alexa so no matter where I am, I can see who is at my door. One draw back which isn't a big deal is I wish the battery lasted longer.

Very easy to install and works great! I get notifications on my phone and no service required. But if you want to save and go back and look at vids is only $40/yr! I was paying that monthly before! Great buy!

Have been enjoying this camera for the last two months and it’s been great. I don’t have experience with other doorbell cameras, so I can’t give a comparison, but it holds up to the elements, has clear day and night video, allows you to customize the motion sensitivity well enough and battery life isn’t too bad but I did get two spares for reduced/no down time. Would recommend, and for renters who can’t drill one in, a “doorbell boa” is a great way to install.

This is a great battery doorbell this is one of the best better drivers out there. It has a long lasting battery in the pre-roll is amazing. The camera quality is great.

So far this has worked pretty well. Ultra sensitive. Had to make several zone refinements. It does what it’s supposed to do. Happy with the performance, especially the quick messages.

I love the ring camera! It preforms perfectly. I catch all motions, making me feel safer in my home. The price was wonderful.

I had one installed for about two weeks and had to return it because it was useless at spotting people. Pros: Good video quality and useful app. Cons: It consistently ignored people and recognized vehicles as people instead. I adjusted the settings on my own and even contacted their support for advice to no avail. An older eufy camera that it was supposed to replace did a better job spotting people from the window next to the door. Adjusting the settings to improve detection caused the battery to drop from 100% to 20% within a week.

I started using the Ring from Nov. 2021 and no problems. Easy to set-up and good video. The Apple app I think is easy to use. The battery back-up is nice.

This is an amazing product. I recommend it to everyone.

We love our new Ring Video Doorbell 4. It gives a sharp, clear picture and it was very install and get connected to our wireless.

Good product quality and easy to use as far as smart doorbells are concerned. I would just suggest adding a way to get different ring tones.

It’s a good door bell, but with one giant con, the battery. This door bell eats about 3 times more power than a typical ring stick camera. Be prepared to either drill a hole in your wall or change a batteries every week.

This is a fantastic product that works well and is worth the money in peace of mind.

Easy setup and mounting. Using battery option (can also be hard wired). Good wide camera view at front door. Installed optional chime which works great.
