First off, I will say the installation process of this doorbell was much easier than I initially thought it would be. I actually replaced my existing doorbell on my newly constructed home. The device works exactly as advertised, but I will say the time between receiving notifications of either a motion detected or a person detected (outside of ringing the actual doorbell) even with the pre-roll recording is not immediate or real time. There’s about a 1 - 2 minute delay and by the time you get to the notification whomever or whatever it was that trigger the alert is long gone. Other than that the camera is super clear HD and allows your to capture anything or anyone that is within the Ring doorbell’s camera.

Works great. Does what it is supposed to. I had it for roughly a month with no issues.

Very happy with Ring Doorbell4 and Geek Squad installer who did a great install and walked us through installing link on our phones. Only had to adjust the parameters so that every car passing our house didn't set off the alert. Looking forward to installing more security cameras in the near future. Thank you Best Buy!

Great Ring doorbell system but needs more system improvements for better picture quality

really enjoy having the Ring Video doorbell 4 im using the battery operated version it lets me know who is at my front door without moving from my position if in the bathroom i can see whether i need to hurry or relax and not answer it if im downstairs i can answer and talk without running up the stairs i can take my time

So much better than the Blink which I replaced three times.

I love it. I was able to install it with my original doorbell holes and screws instead of drill new ones through brick. The color preview works great and the unit was easy to setup. The installation took time to figure out and was longer than the their estimated timeframe. The price was right $50 off original price.

My new Ring doorbell performs as promised. I have a SkyBell at my second home and the Ring doorbell has more features and works flawlessly. It has already helped me deter someone who had no reason to be at more home. I really like the pre-roll so I can see what was happening before the doorbell was triggered.
