This was a replacement for an older Ring Doorbell. The unit was installed easily and worked as stated with very good picture quality. I liked the fact that I could set this up on my 5G WiFI instead of 2.4G.

This was our first purchase of a Ring Door Bell. Can’t be happier with how it functions. Great picture of who is at the door. Being able to communicate before opening door is great.

I love this doorbbell. Can watch everything that's going on from my mobile phone from anywhere in the world. Buy one! Make sure you get an extra backup battery.

Love the ring, you are able to see what is going on outside and who is at your door. Gives you alerts on what is going on in your neighboring communities. Lost animals & people who are checking car doors etc.

I had Best Buy install the doorbell and they did a great job. It works well and the app is easy to use. They were able to connect it to our existing chime so that was a bonus. Works well in very cold weather too.

Very easy install, decent quality photos & videos, however after a few weeks of owning, I'm noticing lag in the videos. I have a premium account with Ring. I just don't understand the lag. I have recording time on for 2 minutes. Yet it's a choppy video

Love it! Images are so clear. You can set the sensitivity levels so you don't catch every car driving by. Sound quality is ok, not great. Doesn't matter since images are so perfect.

Great purchase for my moms home… the picture captures are really nice and the only draw back is having to unscrew unit to recharge battery… other than that it’s a great purchase

I was very skeptical of this at first but a friend talked to me into it. I cannot tell you how happy I have been with this purchase. A hardwired it into my old doorbell on a mobile home and it's working great.

We just purchased and installed a Ring 4 doorbell, with two chimes. It’s working great and I would highly recommend this to anyone considering a video doorbell and home security system.

Good unit, but the newer ones are better. Bought this one for a friend and hooked it up and it's ok. The pro 2 series is drastically better though, faster and just better quality. I'd probably eat the difference and get the better one for most people.

Love my new Ring Doorbell. It is great to see when someone approaches the door and when packages are left. Easy to use & Geek Squad folks did a great job of setting it up. If you don't have one yet, get one.

Worth the purchase! I like the Ring and the added security it provides. Only negative, is when surrounding community uses the Neighbor function as a social media platform to be nosey!

I like the upgraded Ring device very much. Better clarity than the prior model. Only downside is apparently I must recharge the battery by removing the plate, etc. My old Ring was hardwired so no recharging batteries. Same location on the house, so why is it not hardwired????

Replaced a older model with this and best thing we could have done. The clear picture, early recording and it really does work better than old one. Would highly recommend

I purchased this device in 2023 and never set it up. Today, two years later, I am attempting to set up. The Ring is having problems connecting to the Wifi. Maybe I would have known if I setup once I purchased it.

Purchased this as a present for a family member. It can still be setup very easily and Ring has resolved the main issues with previous versions. For instance, the delayed recording was resolved.

The clarity and the product Does the job. I purchased extra batteries so it would always be protecting my property. Battery can last 4-7 days depending on the traffic

The first one picked up nothing but vehicles After speaking to Ring customer several times we returned it. We did reorder one. It worked great for a few days, than I got a “Off Line” message and once it went back online it picks up vehicles more than people. Some messages say “Person Detected”, but it is a car. I have spoke to customer support and they had me make adjustments. They were suppose to call back the next day at 1:30 but didn’t call until 3:45. So I did not get the call. There have been days that I have gotten “100” notifications a day and it is cars. Highly disappointed to say the least.
