Works pretty well! I like that you can set motion zones and sensitivity. Easy to set up too. Curious to see if the batteries will truly last 6 months like they say.

Excellent doorbell. Better custom area sensitivity. Good auto responses. Nice to have dual power (AC + battery). ***The one reason I did not give it 5 stars*** It does not work with the Windows app like the older doorbells will. Yes, the Windows app is not supported any more (which in my opinion, sitting at my office desk, IS ONE OF THE STUPIDEST THINGS RING HAS DONE. "You can just log in to the website" ... staying logged into the website all day long is not a valid option), but the older ones will, which has forced me to install ANOTHER camera pointed int the same direction so that I can use the Windows app to see this area from my Windows computer.

One of the best purchases that we made for the house. On point with notifications and the video quality is great!! I am looking to add on more products from Ring.

Easy to install and use. We like being able to see what's going on in our front door even when we're away, and be able to talk to people who are waiting at the door.

I love my new ring! It has a clear picture and the sound is real clear. You can get a subscription to have it record and keep the recording.

This is the second ring doorbell I have had. The video I receive from it is clear and easily viewed. I also like the community that is a part of having the doorbell. I would purchase again if needed.

Love my ring! Can never be too safe, even with 24 hour security people try to get in the building! Also can see when deliveries are made!

This is my first Ring purchase and so so happy I chose this model. It’s very clear even at night. I just wish it views top to bottom but I know there’s another model for that. But this works excellent.

First Smart Doorbell I've installed. Fitted easily to previous wired doorbell. Video quality is OK, could be clearer but location of device could also be better. I think the cost of clip storage is quite reasonable.

This was easy to setup. Viewing the video on a mobile device is really clear. It is convenient to be able and talk to the person who is at the door instead of trying to talk to them through the door. I like it very much.

Like the pre roll video. Enjoy it so much and big improvement from Doorbell 2 to version 4. I would recommend the upgrade.

Absolutely works as described! Pictures are very clear. We get the notification immediately when someone is at the door.

like the new feature to be able to back up the video a few seconds to see when the video actually starts. and wonderful to see when deliveries are made so I can get them before any porch pirates steal them.

It works better than what I expected. I have bought four other ring products and will probably invest in the whole house alarm system soon

So far everything has been Great! Only problem I’ve had is this doesn’t have the eagle eye view like the Ting Pro 2.

Fortunately we haven’t had to use it for emergency reasons. We’ve mostly been using it for fun. But it does the job. Great pictures and sound.
