Love the Ring doorbell. You need to go thru the entire setup process and remember to tell it which doorbell you are using. Once set up it works flawlessly. Wife really loves it. Still a little lag when accessing liveview but a lot better than the original Ring doorbell.

Super easy to install and use. The field of view and color is great. The only issue I have seen is that it at times is delayed in capturing the full time someone is in view. I believe this could be due to the internet issue we have been having though not necessarily the Ring.

Have an issue with a few important motions that we’re not detected

The RING Video Doorbell 4 is wonderful. I would recommend this item to my family and friends. it's reliable accurate and it save you time and excellent price. The Ring keep you alert of the crimes in your area and it alerts you in real time if something is happening.

I like it and it gets the job done but most of the time I can only hear the doorbell through my phone and even when we answer the quick reply still plays.

my v2 went out after several years. Ring told me that there v.4 were on backorder and they didn't know how long that it would be before they arrived. i looked online and my local store had it in stock so i drove over and had it within 30 mins.

I purchased this doorbell for my mom. Ring pro 2 is way better than ring 4. The only reason i chose this one is cause her doorbell isn't wired. The view at night isnt color, & also the view isnt long enough to see the packages on the porch.

very easy setup. the video quality is significantly improved from previous Ring Doorbell models. The "pre-roll" option is a great addition that was sorely needed. With the new QR code setup, installation and setup is complete in about 10 minutes.

I have no idea why I waited so long to make this purchase. This item has saved my life!!! I can see everything going on in front of my home, all deliveries, all mail, all unwanted guests. Best purchase of my life.

This model works way better than the smaller "pro" version. The audio comes out way clearer, and it seems to be coming in clearer as well. I'm glad we bought this one to replace the pro we had purchased back in 2017.

Very nice piece of equipment that looks good and works great. I never even thought about getting a Ring Doorbell until the button broke from some over zealous salesman pushing to hard. Now that I got this I can't imagine being without.

My 2nd one! Liked the first generation one but wanted the newest version so I bought the new one and moved the old one to the back door. These things work great and the newest one you can link to your other Ring doorbells easily.

Bought original version years ago and took it down within a week. Picked up way too much movement from far away even after making motion adjustments. Version 4 much improved, better motion sensitivity control and in color.
