If the Live View for your Video Doorbell 4 doesn't load quickly, check the strength of the internet connection that your Doorbell is receiving to make sure it is strong and stable. You can learn more about how to check this in our Help Center article here: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Understanding-RSSI-Values-and-Wifi-Signal-Strength. After making sure the wifi signal to your Doorbell is strong, ensure that the mobile phone you're using to look at the Live View also has a strong connection via either wifi or cellular data.
