Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the worst service of trying to get the ring door bell installed the first time they told me will be there between 11-9-21 7:00 Am and 10:0 pm gotcall from service he called said the time frame 10:00am and 1:00 pm then get not call from service stating he not coming because he was sick. Rescheduled for 11-18-21 he was no show didnt even call to let me know he wasnt coming. I a upset because i took of work didnt get done. Then 2nd time i had some stay there he was no show. Ibelieve i sure be compensated for my trouble. I think you should get other contractor if they keep doing this people will stop buying from best buy. I also was told you didnt have the doorbell in stock but the day i brought they had but salesperdon told me the contractor likes to bring what they are installing. I think that ridulous i would had doorbell i would have installed out self. Which we ended up doing anyways. I think when you buy something you should be able to take with you.

Posted .Hi DavidL, it's important to have your Video Doorbell 4 up and running so you can have peace of mind. If your wifi network name and password have recently changed, make sure to verify these details before connecting your Doorbell. You can then select Reconnect to Wi-Fi on the Device Health screen to get your Doorbell reconnected to your wifi network. Once connected, ensure your Doorbell has a strong signal from your router as well.
