This is our 2nd Ring Doorbell. The clarity of the video is much better on Doorbell 4.

Super easy set up! I replaced my wired in doorbell with this one. I had some trouble finding reviews that talked about placing it on the wall perpendicular to the door. That’s where my original doorbell was so that’s where I mounted it. I used the included angle and it picks up my porch walkway and my door just fine. It was easy to sync with my Alexa echo show and the quality of the video and audio is great.

Easily inststalled and definitely has an improved picture quality from the first camera I had.

Replacement for an original Ring video doorbell which needed to be charged too frequently. Doorbell arrived quickly from Best Buy, although free Echo Show took a bit to receive and was not as straight forward as an email suggested. Battery life is much better and simpler to remove just the battery instead of the whole doorbell. Video view is also greatly improved and have not received any spurious motion alerts after configuring the motion zones. Only gripe is an additional free cover which took a chat session with Ring and unlinking Amazon/Alexa to get on order.

The ring device works really well. it gives you a great sense of security knowing who is at door.

Great quality item with fantastic wide angle video and selective sensitivity. Easy to install and looks good to replace previous doorbell. Not sure if it’s an advantage / disadvantage, the internal battery is no longer maintained by a powered mini usb cable. That’s said, we’ve had it 5 weeks and only used 50% power. So needs to be taken off it’s position and brought in and chatged every 2 months. But no ugly cables!

The ease of setting this Ring doorbell up is remarkable. The picture is always clear and I feel much more at ease when I’m away from my home or in bed asleep at night. The products perform as described and no one can fault the cost that they charge either for the product or for the service. Keep producing great products Ring abs I will be a faithful consumer.

It is one of the best battery ring doorbells I highly recommend it.
