The product works great, and $30 bucks for the annual cloud storage service is worth it. Only thing I would add as and app option, is the live view, so you don't need to wait for some event to be able to look around.

this doorbell camera works perfectly. It was very easy to install. The camera records without issues.

I watched the video instruction to set up and install. Everything comes with the purchase including tools. Simple and straight forward.

The Ring doorbell is one of the best things we installed in our new home. It works just like it is advertised. We were away from home and someone rang our doorbell. We answered via our iPhone as if we were home. It alerts us when someone is passing by the house. My only complaint is I would like to adjust the motion detection distance so we don't get notified as often. The range is limited and since we are in a new development area every construction truck going by sends us a notification. Otherwise we love the product.

Very easy to set up and use. Like many other users I am getting an extraordinary number of alarms, and even though my house is more than 60 feet away from the road, heat signatures of the passing vehicles are enough to set it off and lowering the set point results in no trips when people approach the house. However, tech-support was very helpful and as a courtesy they are sending me a wedge kit - hopefully this fixes the problem. Overall I really like this product.

The RING doorbell has really allowed us convenience and a sense of security both when we are home and away. We pay for the recording option. The quality of recording has been good. The motion sensor can be somewhat sensitive and can come on for loud trucks that go by the front door. Also, we had some issues with out wifi signal not being strong enough to reach our back door but were able to solve this with a signal amplifier.

I did however need. To consult with Ring's customer service because set up with an android device is more complicated.

Works great and the only problem I have with it is some time I cant receive the picture on my phone. I think it has to do with my location at the time. I like it so much I purchased another one.

I was so excited to get the ring. I love it. Love seeing who comes to the door. Can answer the door even when you are not home.

Works really good and is easy to set up. It has good picture quality and it's doing the job it suppose to do.

The ring has a great camera, the motion sensitivity is a little hard to get right, but so far a good product.

Great Product. Still running the first generation. It's 720P HD but I have other ring cameras that I can see when visitors come to the door. Also update 2021, ring updated the fireware where it's more stable on the battery even though it's hardwire. The battery is saying 100%. I was having the battery around 93%. But very rare where if I needed to recharged the battery manually.

I like it, picture quality not great and on a sunny day the glare is very bad. On the up side it lets me know when You approach my door via my phone that I usually have with me and that’s handy.

Pretty much as advertised. I did have to call tech support to have the unit factory reset. Once that was done, it was east to install and works fairly well. In order to cover my porch, the angle looks out onto the street so every passing car is recorded as it my neighbor across the street as he comes and goes. Also found that I need to pay an annual fee for cloud storage.

I think Ring did a good job on this. The Ring 2 is supposedly better and I would recommend that over the first one because it offers better quality and less false motion detection. The one thing I didn't realize is you can only see live feeds unless you subscribe for cloud storage from Ring at $3 a month or $30 a year, There is also no way to send the feed to another recording device such as an outside server, cloud storage etc, It is proprietary to Ring.

Love the color. Matches the house. Works perfectly. Would highly recommend. I can see packages delivered while Im at work. Can also see who walks up to my home easily. Might get the flood light next for added security.

Just connect the doorbell via Wi-Fi and use the Ring app on your iOS or Android device to interact with visitors, receive alerts and review footage. It's even nice to see that unwanted varmits are captured for your safety. Never be caught off guard again. I've even heard that homes have been saved from burning down. It's a great investment, indeed!

It’s easy to install and set up.You can clearly see and hear what’s going on in front of your door even at night from anywhere.
