This is a GREAT product, especially at this time of year when people are expecting packages for the holidays. No more guessing about who is at your door, you are notified by your smartphone with a ring, and video feed.

This product gets the job done. Easy to install. Clear during the day and night.

Camera is pretty good day and night. Two way sound is amazing. Problem is really related to the Internet connection. It can be really hard at times to answer the doorbell fast enough to catch the visitor before they walk away. Must have a strong connection and immediately answer the doorbell. But you know, just having the ability to review recordings afterwards is good enough for me. Of course, I'm supposed to get live view which is the ultimate convenience. We'll see how this works out.

Bought this as a house warming gift and it was a hit. My only complaint is that you really need the Ring Chime which is a separate purchase. Without it, you only get alerts on your smartphone.

It is great to have I just hate the battery dies sooner and that everything triggers it because of its sensitivity.

Video is 720p and decent for close up ranger 5ft. Pretty good for the price tho.

I ordered two and paid for gift wrapping. One went to my daughter and son-in-law’s house, the other to my son and daughter-in-law’s. Neither was wrapped and the Christmas surprise was spoiled.

This doorbell is excellent however I feel that they should include a chime with all the units. It kind of stinks that you have to buy a separate chime for $29

We added a security gate to the courtyard before our front door. This is a great solution for when we want to keep the gate locked. The set up was fairly simple although I had to reset my router to get the ring to connect to it. The video feed was during the day is great and the night vision is fairly good to. Overall this is a great solution to our problem and I would recommend it.

This is a very helpful item. I don't have to worry about packages being taken away when I am not home. Also I know who shows up at my house now even when I am not at home. I can talk to people without opening my door

The step-by-step instructions were easy to follow. This is a quality reliable product. I’m definitely recording it.

For the most part it works as advertised. It will monitor your front door and you can speak to anyone who rings the bell. The only complaint I have is that the motion detection is slow. By the time it begins to record who has approached the door (but don't ring the bell) all I see is their back as they walk away. But since this is usually delivery people I guess that is really minor.

I love the clarity and quality of the video cam. I feel safe knowing I can see everything that comes close to my front door.

placement is key with this camera. our front door faces North and entry is shaded. However, the camera picks up the glare from the sun? daytime is only visible to about 12 feet from front door. night vision is great. the minor issue is that the motion sensor alert is a little slow - by the time that you get the notification on your phone, the person could have already left the front entryway. overall, a good item for the price. $3 per month for cloud storage, not bad.

I bought this on Black Friday so it was on sale. It’s a great camera for how small it is and it’s perfect for a doorbell. I love that it can enable u to talk to ur visitors. The camera quality is perfect but it’s enough to be able to keep an eye on ur porch. I plan to buy the camera for the back door without the bell option so the two can coordinate. Disappointed that to keep the recordings , there is a monthly fee but it’s not expensive.

We bought this doorbell camera when were were going out of town on vacation. It has worked great and we paid for the year of cloud storage of videos. The install was easy, but the screws suppled were junk. Even with drilling pilot holes and just using a hand screwdriver the heads of the screws twisted off. So do your self a favor and pick up some good screws of the same size to do the install with if installing into wood siding. Other then that one issue its a good product.

This Ring doorbell system is great. It allows me to see who’s at my front door anytime and from anywhere using the Ring app on my iOS phone. I can interact with whomever is at my doorstep. Within the app there is also a feature that can get video from other Ring owners who post in the app about suspicious activity in the neighborhood and surrounding areas. I am completely satisfied with this gadget. It was a great choice. Will highly recommend this to others.
