I love being able to see who is at my front door. The only thing I don’t like is when the WiFi signal is lost and comes back it can be difficult to reconnect the device to WiFi.

The only thing I don't like is that when I was looking at the product before purchase online I did not see anywhere that said it required a subscription to use all the services.

My family takes security and the safety of our home seriously. I love that I can be in another state and still monitor who's at my door or on my premises. I wish it had better ring sounds though.

Good quality and easy to install. The clarity on the video is good as well as they sound!

Is very easy to program and install. All Parts are included to a secure and simple installation. Now My Home is Safe

Very easy to get this going - I was able to connect everything up within 5 minutes. Video quality is good enough.

I would give this 5 stars except that you have to pay for cloud service. Ya, it's only $30/yr. but they don't exactly advertise that ahead of time. In any case, the only other negative would be that the motion is very sensitive and is constantly picking up movement, I've adjusted the sensor area way down, but doesn't seem to matter. More annoying then anything, but I would rather have it go off for no reason than not go off when I need it to

RING video doorbell are excellent for all. It replaces any regular doorbell. It alerts you when somebody comes close to your main door. You get to see the person on your phone even if you are in a different country. You can talk to the person too. People think you are at home. Neat product. Quality is excellent plus have excellent support from the RING customer Service.

I haven't installed it yet, started to but ran into a problem with vinyl siding, have to cut the siding and put a block of wood to mount it, it works tho, I did activate it and works great, now have to put it on the house.

This is a great procuct. Let us see who’s at the door and weather or not to answer. Also works as a security camera.

Has been a great product, no complaints. Easy to install with simple hand tools and very accurate motion detection. I keep my phone on vibrate 99% of the time, so the doorbell chime won’t sound unless I turn the volume up. Not a big deal and they do make chimes that you can plug in. I didn’t have an existing doorbell, so the wireless option was great and the battery has so far lasted over a month with over half remaining.

Nice video doorbell, battery life is a bit short, but might be the cold weather. Good product.

So far very happy with this product. Good audio and video, loud chime, easy to program. Looks good on door.

This is a great security device. It has great audio, video, and is simple to use.

Great for telling when the mail comes with motion sensor and when the trash is picked up. And yes l am always home (maybe). Love how recording is stored on Cloud. Will add cameras later. Ring rocks.

I love this item. I returned it though not because of its ability but because it did not fit my doorway. I have seen them at friend’s houses. They work great. Maybe a smaller footprint for my house.

Great product. It doesn't work with my doorbell but it rings on my phone and tablet. I've pre-ordered the chime to go with it when it's available.

Great camera and works great! Easily works on the phone app and you can look at it from anywhere, anytime!

The bad: 1. The quality of the video, it's definitely not 720P as claimed. 2. The motion sensor. I set the range to only 5 ft. but alerts still got triggered when vehicles passed by more than 15 ft. away. The good: 1. Installation is pretty straight forward, all the tools needed for the installation are included. 2 The phone app works pretty well.
