Great camera and doorbell. I can see who’s here and talk to them, even if I’m not home.

I added this bell along with a WIFI lock to help my mom not having to run to the door when family visits. This bell works well with my existing hard wired bell, and shows clear picture night or day. Required no maintenance and the app works well with Iphone n is very stable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that needs another set of eyes, and the ability to answer their door from anywhere.

I have been using this item for work and we ring it over 85 times a day. We have had very little problems. It works well with the solar kit... I never have to worry about charging the item.

It’s good to know who is at your door before you answer it and the ring doorbell does just that. It’s also great for knowing when you’ve had deliveries to your door.

At first we did not completely charge the unit before installing & even though it is hard wired it quickly ran down the battery because we had the sensor at the highest level & the unit was recording every thing that passed by this draining the battery. So we removed it & charged completely & turned down the sensor & now it recharges on its on & we love how we can check who is at the door before answering. We will be getting one for our back door to monitor it too!

Good security some false alarms due to high sensitivity settings I am using. Overall very good

Great for real time communication with people at the front door. Not great for seeing past the covered entryway during the day because of light difference in the sun

This is my 2nd Ring doorbell and it's just so dang easy to install, and to use. I love being able to keep an eye on my front door, as well as my front sidewalk and driveway from my camera. I also use the battery as I do not have a hardwire out to my front courtyard gate. The battery lasts for a few months and let's me know when it is running low.

I ordered this for my parents as a Christmas gift so it hasn't been used yet. However, from other reviews, feedback and appearance, it seems awesome and I can't wait to set it up for them.

It does what it should I just wish it didnt require such strong wifi. The battery life could be longer and I wish I got a notification of when it was about to die. But beyond that this thing is amazing and the customer service call center is helpful as ever. It provides and extra layer of security and is constantly having nee features added. I love it.

Installation is easy, really works well, ends unwanted visitors picking up anything unnoticed.

Love how you can see someone coming up to your porch and have it be announced on your laptop or phone or both Had a few issues setting it up - had to return our original because the battery didn't stay charged. Second device required a 2nd charge before it was maintaining a charge for a long period of time. Ring customer service was helpful. We bought one for our kids as well and they did not have the same problem

We have had our Ring device for about three months and we LOVE it. I especially like that the device notifies me even when there is motion on my front porch. I am able to check in remotely through the live video and this gives me an added sense of security when we are away from the house. Installation was very easy. Our Ring device was up and running within a matter of minutes.

Camera works well. Setup was easy. Can see who is near the house, even when I'm at the store.

Easy to set up. Easy to learn. You need a really good internet connection for most everything including this. There is a delay so when your phone "Rings" you need to answer it fast.

The camera on this model is lower resolution, but I'm using it along side a separate Ring camera I have positioned at a different angle. If I were *only* using this camera, I would suggest upgrading to a model with higher resolution. Otherwise, it's very quick and simple to set up...you do need to fully charge the battery before you can proceed with set up.

I have three rings! One at the front door, side door and back deck. I feel more secure now in my home or when I’m away . The picture quality is clear in the daytime but the night view is not so clear . One negative is when the temperature gets very cold the lens freezes over and you can’t see anything . We do not have roofs on the porches so maybe that’s the reason.
