Brain works pretty good it was easy to install and that makes it very easy to use

Works fairly well, although I can't quite get the motion sensitivity when I want it. Also, my front door sits in a bit of a cove, so as the camera points out to the sunny area of the front yard there are some exposure issues. The software, at least the Android version, in the other hand, should get 1 or 2 stars. It's missing some key features and has a few annoying "bugs" that need to be squashed.

The ring doorbell is very convenient and works as a security feature in your home. Was able to retro fit this to my old doorbell. Easy to install and brings all you need except the drill. There was a lot of lag with my initial wireless router set up. I had to move the router closer to the doorbell to be able to receive the live video. Sometimes there is a lag when some rings the bell to your phone.

Not having a backup camera on my van, I use this and it’s motion sensor to warn me before I back over something, or at least watch what I’m hitting.

I would highly recommend the ring to anyone who wants to feel secure and always have an eye on their home. This is by far the best investment I’ve made for home security

The monthly cost for service and installation from another company for a security device by ring would cost hundreds of dollars. Great product and user friendly service.

Really good deal for the price, easy to use, high quality item.

Greatest ever. Works well with chime and alexa/echo dot. Nice camera. Great for signing in and linking with neighbors to see what's going on in your neighborhood such as strangers etc. I was able to view my door area, drive way, front uaed and up to my neighbor front door. If linked to echo dot, it will aleeer you when vehicles approach tour home such as passing by.

I was so relieved to get this Ring doorbell. It saved me a lot of money because I was previously with an alarm company. The camera is 720p it is clear but not as crisp as the 1080p prices at 199.99. However, the price of 99.99 was a remarkable price. Not to mention a company that values customer service. This was an awesome purchase. I just need Ring to add more features.

Simple and easy installation. Motion detection is a little slow, but overall compleltly satisfied.

Easy to connect to my phone. Great video and alerts. The first one had a glitch After a few months and our doorbell chimed continuously. Call tech support and worked on troubleshooting shooting and decided to send us a replacement. After that there was no problem. Nice to be away from the house and been able to talk to anyone who uses the doorbell

Night vision is good, daylight vision is worse as far as glare. My front door is shaded so video during the day is great but if subject is off the porch in the sun they are washed out. Response time from motion detected to notification to seeing video needs to be faster but this unit is still useful. This unit could be better but it does what I want.

The product is giving me more than I expected. It gives me daily reports on suspected crime in my neighborhood. It allows me and my husband to answer door and response.

Set up and installation were not very difficult. The camera quality is pretty low though. Spend the money and get the better quality camera model.

This product helps in securing my front door. And easy-to-use.

Didn't know what I was expecting of this product before purchase, besides a basic home security. But this is super versatile, even if you don't use the monthly membership option. You should definitely take the time to adjust the sensitivity as it'll go off when leaves blow by or a car drives too close. Also charge it and set it up inside before installing it outside.
