I absolutely love this door bell. I can answer the door from anywhere, work, store, in the car. I receive a tone to say someone is at the door, even if they just walk by, like the mailman. I can see everyone coming and going. I receive a different tone if they ring the bell and I can talk to them like I am right in my house! It is a little sensitive, like sometimes I get a notification if a car goes by, but I don't mind.

I absolutely love this doorbell.. its like caller ID for the door. And it always seems like I am home which is a good idea these days.

Easy to connect to my phone. Great video and alerts. The first one had a glitch After a few months and our doorbell chimed continuously. Call tech support and worked on troubleshooting shooting and decided to send us a replacement. After that there was no problem. Nice to be away from the house and been able to talk to anyone who uses the doorbell

The installation wasn't that hard. The video is ok (720p) , the only thing you need to buy, it's the remote chime, because I tried all the ways possible to make it work with my doorbell and It didn't work. I saw the Ring PRO (at my friends home) and it is pricey but it works a lot better.

Camera resolution is 720P. Image is grainy when image is zoomed. Motion sensitivity calibration is useless. Unit needs to be unscrewed to recharge the battery. Battery doesn't last 6 months as claimed. Screw attaching the unit back to wall plate gets stripped easily. Customer support is useless. Advise by customer support to resolve the issue ( unable to take unit off the plate to recharge due to stripped screw) did not work. Was asked by customer support remove unit by tapping unit out with mallet but to be careful so as not damage unit. Tried that, the unit will not budge with "tapping" Im now stuck with a doorbell on my wall that doesn't work.

Have only used for a few weeks but picks up motion well , even people doing yard work. Can see deliveries and respond to doorbell from anywhere.

the ring doorbell seems to work as advertised. Motion will send an alert which is great for deliveries left at the front door this time of year.

The camera works great. So easy to install. Ring tones are pleasant!

There may be other video doorbells that are better, but since I don't already have a pre-wired doorbell in my house, I needed a battery-operated doorbell, and this is the only one. Everything works well except that when motion is detected or the doorbell is rung, it take several seconds for the app to open up on my phone and the video starts. Once the video starts, it works well.

Easy installation, good picture quality, must have for your home!!

It works well with my phone, especially during this holiday season when packages are being delivered. However, the motion detector (house is south facing) activates repeatedly throughout the day due to cars going by. I have altered the zones several times and finally set it to shut off during active times. Also, it is tied in to my electric doorbell that came with the house, but that doorbell doesn’t ring since Ring was installed. Wiring error?

This is a great home addition allows you to monitor anyone that is in front of the door. It's great probably almost as good as subscribing to a alarm service like ADT

This product was simple to install, easily connects to existing doorbell. A quick review and test was all it took to learn about it's features.

The ring doorbell has been an incredible addition to our home. It was super easy to install and everything I needed came with the unit. Better yet, it upped our security game. Our front door is entirely glass so I did not like the idea of my wife answering the door home alone with our son everyday. We added ring and now she can see who is there and talk with them without needing to go to the door!

I haven’t installed this device yet as it’s a gift for my husband. I think he will like it for many reasons. I’ll check back once we install it

Excellent product. Works without a hitch. A bit sensitive on the movement alerts on my porch but I don't mind. They can always be silenced if you so like. Highly recommended product.
