Installation was straight forward, setup was easy and great quality for price

It’s a great camera it does pick up quite a bit of traffic if you’re within 100 feet of the street but you can adjust some of the sensitivity.

I've had good and bad moments with this product. The idea is great but I wish it was more accurate. At first, it would read the motion from cars passing by but when someone came to the front door, it wouldn't read the motion. So my problem is how can it read a car 30 feet away but not a person right in front of it. I called support and was told to adjust my distance range. I did and it does read close motion now. But I had to change the range just for it to read people close by. And now I don't get any motion from cars passing by our cul de sac which I do want to see. Another downside is sometimes when you're out of town and you get an alert, it doesn't bring the camera up and the recording doesn't come up on the cloud. So what if that was the time someone was breaking in my home? Not only can I not see it but also the recording never got saved and don't have proof. It would be nice to be able to see And record on command through the app. Overall, it's been useful more than it has failed me but it could use some better upgrades and be more reliable .

This ring does what it supposed to do. The only issue I have is the battery life. It doesn’t last as long as they claim. I reduce the range to just the front area, and it still picks up everything that passes by. I do recommend this product. It is the perfect solution for the added protection/security that it gives.

Great for starting home protection. Only reason for 4 star is sometimes slow live feed start and resolution compared to the more expensive 2.

Bought this door bell for my parents I purchased one for myself a few weeks ago and really like it so I decided to get my parents one as well

I originally purchased one for my office so my staff could see who was at the door for added security. It worked so well that I purchased one for my home as well.

Great picture at night as well. Easy to set up and start using.

I have had my ring video doorbell for about a month and a half now. Really like it. Pretty neat seeing and being able to see and talk to someone at the door even if you are away from.

Great view, nice camera, and record nice videos. Easy setup

Really like the idea of the device and the security of seeing whose at your door whether you are home or not. Sometimes there's a lag in the time I'm actually able to view and respond, but could be because of my network. Also motion detection on all the time drains battery pretty quickly. That's why gave 4 stars instead of 5. All in all I like the device.

The ring door bell is awesome because it allows me to immediately view who is at my door. I can also view video history of people and motion detected at my door.

This is a very good invention to add protection for your home. I am happy with the Ring. Only hope no subscription fee to save recording. Phones now have icloud.
