Easy set up good sound and video quality works great

We love the ring doorbell. It works well to see who is the door. It does have a delay on the phone, but we can live with that. It is also very sensitive to even cars driving by. We also didn't realize that you get 30 days free of the video replay monitoring, and after that you can purchase a year for $30. Which is worth it. Overall, great buy!

I purchased the Ring WiFi Video doorbell to use with Alexa. I don't have appropriate wiring so this product was perfect because it has a rechargeable battery. I love that it has video, motion detection and it rings with the Echo Spot. I can also see who's at the door with the Echo Spot. Installation was easy. It has a lot of great features. Highly recommended.

The product was not as good as I had expected, but it does the job and has some nice features. A good entry level touch of security.

Good camera, easy to work with looks good on the door

This is my second Ring Doorbell as I have one here in Florida and also my home in WNY. They are easy to install and program and a great product to monitor your home or homes from anywhere as long as your internet and phone are working. Highly recommend for all homeowners, especially seniors. It gives me peace of mind.

Great item to help in security. Good coverage of sound that enables you to communicate with people at your front door. Con: Battery does not last very long and it is a hassle to have to unscrew device it order to bring it in and recharge every couple of weeks.

This has been great and we have used it to answer the door from all across the world.

Average video quality makes hard to recognize people, I wanted this for security and to identify faces not watch my property robbed. Video delay is the biggest problem, it capture videos about 5 to 10 seconds after detecting motion, could miss the entire event. (It missed USPS delivery a package, all I saw was the back of his car leaving). Which runs the entire purpose of security. Finally motion sensor is a joke, it was put their to give the "options" illussion; changing the sensor range doesn't really change the sensor range. On the good side, it looks nice, installing it wasn't hard, no wires needed thought it can be hooked to your old doorbell wires. And the phone application is easy to use.

Purchased this in addition to the Ring alarms system, picture is crystal clear, sound is optional, and can be hard wired or use on rechargeable batteries. Perfect for nee home owners and can be used with other pieces for Ring. Nifty app that comes with it to download and you can see who is at the front door and speak to them right from your phone.

This is a great doorbell and camera. Installation and setup is easy.

I really do like this video doorbell! Video quality is great, works really well and is adjustable for your individual needs. My only complaint is that you need to have a $30 annual subscription to see any videos, which isn't something the associate told me and sometimes I just can't look when I am at work. Other than this it would have been 5 of 5 stars!!!

The ring doorbell has been a game changer. I no longer fear porch pirates. This unit was very easy to install and easy to set up. The only thing I did not like was the fact the clerk did not inform me that this doorbell would require a cloud storage contrad. That would have been really good to know.

This is an amazing product easy to use and provides great video when away.

It's a good security item, capturing all motion at specified footage, as well as being able to respond when you can't answer the door in person but from a remote area.

This provides my mom with additional home security. She even was able to get it to work on her mobile device (trust me, that is a huge accomplishment!).

This has been good for monitoring deliveries and visitors at the front door. I did have a little trouble getting it to connect to electrical so that I would not need to charge the battery. I had to replace the plate and make sure not to overtighten the screws. I only wish the response time were quicker via the app.
