I added the doorbell camera to my home surveillance system to help prevent & discourage theft & break ins. I think it’s a great idea.

Easy to use and excellent video doorbell, ring app is amazing

This is a product that is well designed, easy to install, and does what it is supposed to. It comes with the hand tools needed for installation. The directions are clear, and there are videos to assist if needed. Now, my spouse and I can know when someone is at our door, or when we receive a package. We can see and speak with visitors, no matter where we are.

The ring doorbell is a worthwhile investment, especially for homeowners that don’t have a security camera system.

Nice color finish and picture quality. Thought about getting the upgraded Ring 2 with 1080p, but didn’t think higher quality video was worth double the price. Very happy with this version and value. Being able to view recordings is helpful. Make sure you have strong WiFi!

I read about Ring products but was reluctant to try them. I purchased the doorbell and set up was a breeze. It works great' but the motion notifications can get annoying even with the sensitivity turned down especially on windy days. Over all though the product performs as advertised

Been happy so far. Warning: have a friend who’s door faces east, gets lots of false hits because of the shadows.

Provides great picture and videos are easily shared. Clear and easy communication through device. Communicates nicely with Alexa. Only complaint is my motion notifications are so delayed that the person (my kids) coming up to the door is already in my home before the ding goes off.

First one I ever on me and the wife love it when people ring the bell and we can see the best in the overhead and I wish I invested in it great doorbell. Next one I’ll order the new one with the better resolution. For the one Have now it’s efficient enough for me

Works well depending on your wifi also there is a motion setting that is very sensitive.

This thing is pretty sweet. Had someone ring the doorbell at 2am and was able to tell them to get lost without getting out of bed.
