Does what it’s supposed to. I wish the night vision was better but as long as we have the porch light on it’s very clear at night.

Takes a bit of synchronizing with wifi- but once set up it works. tells me someone is at my door while I am 40 miles away at my office - shows me video of who's there. You do have to pay for annual service if you want to save those video's. Not expensive but could come in handy if someone tries to break in

You must download first your device. Other wise it is complex trying to make it work

First one I ever on me and the wife love it when people ring the bell and we can see the best in the overhead and I wish I invested in it great doorbell. Next one I’ll order the new one with the better resolution. For the one Have now it’s efficient enough for me

My grandparents love it. They get to see who's knocking before they have to answer.

I really love the door bell. It lets me see (on my phone) anyone who comes to the door and I cal talk to them no matter where I am at - even if I am out of town. The motion detector takes a picture anytime someone walks up the steps to my door - so I can always look at the recordings and see who was at my done. I feel much safer with the doorbell.

I really like my Rimg doorbell. It was so simple to install. The HD camera provides clear, sharp views of my front yard. The night vision views are also very good. The software updates have resolved the issues of small animals activating the device. My only complaint is the delay in the app launching to answer the doorbell.

The app installation is a little bit tricky. But after I have everthing installed correctly, it works perfect!

this a great camera and as recent as a week,on my front porch. I was accross town at a doctor,s appt. when my phone, told me some thing was going on, on the porch. so looking at the view, I saw my mail carrier,and was able to let her know it was safe,to take a package,to my next door neighbor. yes I was safe and so was my package I LOVE THIS SYSTEM

We are very happy with this product. It is an easy install with tools included that is needed as well as video instruction. They even provide a free wifi booster if your wifi isn't strong enough for the signal. Also their support people are awesome and easy to reach. Have had it up and running for about a month and so far it is great. Highly recommend.

This was a gift to my son. He and his wife wanted to know who was at their house especially while they are at work. They love it!

We have had this doorbell for several months now. I love the ability to see who is at the door when I am not at home. I was able to talk to the irrigation guy and let him know that I would be there in 2 minutes. 4 stars because occasionally it freezes. Not sure if it is the doorbell or my router.
