Although we were challenged by the installation which had nothing to do with the Ring doorbell we are very satisfied.

In my area there is alot of theft this doorbell has allowed me to be home even when I'm away the day after it was installed I caught someone on my porch trying to take a package true story I would recommend this for any and every one you can share your videos with surrounding people who have the ring

The ring works great, just make sure you have wifi that works throughout the house at an extended range

This camera was super easy to install and set up. I have almost no electrical experience and it was very simple to connect to the existing wiring from my doorbell. It connected to the wifi with no issues and after I downloaded the mobile app it worked perfectly as advertised.

It’s kind of funny when viewing while motion is detected to see a person’s reaction to approaching it.

Love the ring!! catches almost everything, just set your motions to not ring your phone every sec.. lol . Perfect product

It’s cool I could see anybody coming my driveway only thing is it won’t record longer than 20 seconds.

I really enjoy my Ring doorbell. I get notifications even when there is motion at my front door and if there are packages being delivered I can tune in on the mic and let the delivery person know where to leave the packages. The quality of the camera is excellent! Best $149 I've ever spent!!!

It is not really set for my home as sun is facing opposite to bell but some one near to bell it is ok.

While there are a few things I wish Ring would update, overall its a great inexpensive security camera

I had this doorbell for almost 2 years and it worked well. The motion sensor left a little to be desired as it would get the UPS guy walking away sometimes. Overall I liked the doorbell a lot...bit then I got the pro and it blows it away in every category.

The camara and door bell are awesome. I love being able to answer my door with out being home. The only down fall is I didn't know I was in trial mode until I got a ring at the door and my app kept telling me my trial was over now I have to pay to be able to use the futures.

I purchased this really for the capability to see our 3 year old daughter on our front deck when she's playing. Super easy installation. I don't have it hardwired It's been up & running since I purchased it (March 19, 2020) & the battery is at 79%. Going to purchase 2 more!!!!

You need a higher internet connection for you to use the proper ring WiFi video. Easy to install and helps a lot to us especially if we’re out and need to talk to someone outside of our door. Screws easy to worn out and hard to find another one.

This device is a good safety feature for seniors. However, it is quite sensitive about monitoring every movement and each time you enter and exit the door. Also be aware that there appears to be a requirement to subscribe to a ring protection plan to see the video.

Very Reliable. The app lets you know everything that's going on, including when the battery is low. It takes some time to charge (1 hour - 1 1/2 hours) but everything else about this Ring version is great. Paired it with the chime that plugs in indoors.

I like the ring doorbell. I just wish I would have got the ring doorbell 2 because its show in 1080p.

Goes off when cars drive by even at the lowest zone we can set, but LOVE the actual doorbell portion.

Works great for the price. The voice function to talk to someone that rings the doorbell is pretty much useless. It lags in response time and the volume is so low they cannot hear it outside. However, it does record people at the door pretty well.

The is a great product. It gives more security when I'm not home. It has a few flaws; like it shows motion when a car drives by but doesn't show motion half the time when someone walks a couple feet in front of it on my porch. But for a doorbell that lets you talk to people when your not home it's great.
