I had initially requested this as a gift after seeing other friends use and love it. It is easy to install and set-up, intuitive steps to set-up on iPhone for remote access and viewing. Ended up getting one for my mother-in-law too. Excellent for us since we're notorious online shoppers so it helps us with deliveries being more secure.

I called Ring's customer service because I had a question. Never got to talk to a person, I left a message and after two weeks, still no return call. Besides that I like the product so far.

This doorbell is GREAT! I can use live view to see the area without the bell being rung. Highly recommend this product!

this is a great product that adds another layer of comfort to our home and makes us feel more at ease when we are away.

Install was reasonable. Appears to have a solid build but mount plate could be better. Don’t like that I have to purchase a plan to see older recordings even though it’s only 3 $ month. Otherwise a very good product

Great by. The only problem is the battery doesn't hold a charge for as long as I would like. The option of supplying wired power is not there so recharging the battery every 2 weeks is somewhat inconvenient. Otherwise it is very good to have oh.

The Ring Doorbell is wonderful! I love that I can check who is at the door even when I am not at home. It was fairly easy to install. We bought one for my parents as well and they added the Ring Chime since they did not have a hard-wired doorbell. I would definitely recommend the Ring doorbell!

The ring doorbell provides great monitoring without all the hassles of a hardwired system. That being said, its vulnerable to thieves plucking it from you wall! Otherwise it provides fairly consistent monitoring. Although sometimes, it seems to have trouble detecting motion from otherwise obvious activity.

I like it. I can like it a lot. But i guess I should have purchased the PRO. This one, the battery life is about 1/2 month to a month and you need to buy into the data. It's a great camera overall for views.

With all the deliveries to our home, I found it very useful to own a ring. So now the neighbors also have theirs, too.

We waited for a long time to go to a smart video doorbell, and ultimately made the right choice. Attractive, reassuring, and a breeze to use. Had a little trouble getting it set up with a Google Mesh WiFi network, but GEEK Squad bailed us out, like the champs they are!

Excellent product for the price. There is however a bit of a delay from the moment it rings to be able to answer it (about 10 seconds).

This doorbell is wonderful. I love that you can actually see and talk to whomever is at your door without having to go to the door or even be home. Very clear and you can adjust the range depending so that you won't pick up the motion from cars on the street riding by.

Gave this as a present and can't wait to hear how easy it was to install and how much they like it!

Purchased during black friday. installed within 20 minutes and works great!! You have to adjust range sensitivity a few times to your preference to avoid getting numerous false notifications. I suggest purchasing the external doorbell ringer so that people inside the home who do not have the app knows when someone rings the doorbell.

Camers is good. The audio is loud and clear. Easy setup!

The camera is 720 so it’s not the best but for what it does it gets the job done the finish is nice

It does a decent job for it's price. The bell notification time should be faster and more reliable.

I get some static with the voice portion of the doorbell and the lighting is a little of the issue.
