So I got my ring had it for a couple weeks had to charge it once I got it out the box...installed very simple and easy done in 15 min haven’t had to charge it yet sitting at 75% still going strong awesome product I love get to see who’s coming and going

Surprised that the product works as advertised. No issues other than occasional poor connection likely due to my own WiFi location. Have been able to view activity at home even while on vacation in Europe and the Caribbean. Well worth the money.

I love my ring, the picture quality and sound is great. So easy to be able to just see what’s going on around you and your neighbors with just a touch away, easy to replied to someone at your door and sound quality is perfect as well.

I have one for my home, mine works great and purchased this one for my parents. Only problem with my parents,it's keeps going off and no one is there. I turned off the notifications and now it's ringing the doorbell and no one is there

I was a little unsure before buying this device but so glad I decided to go ahead and buy it. Very good security for the house have even answered the bell when we were away from the house to make people think we are home. Camera is great.

The ring is easy to install and works as described. Should have made purchase a long time. You don't have to know much about technology to use this video doorbell, as long as you are able to read and follow the instructions you will be good. Set up is very quick.

This item was a free gift with purchase, and let me say I am 100% satisfied. The clarity of the image, and the sound quality of the videos are amazing. Ring has excellet customer service and a great product line. I will be buying one for each of my family members for Christmas.

This thing has already save me from a burglary! Motion detector picked someone up snooping around was able to answer and person got spooked and just ran off!, Make sure you have at least half a cloud of WiFi signal, does require a good amount of upload bandwith.

It's a Christmas gift, but we love our neighbors. Best part you don't even need a doorbell to use it!!!

Works well for older model. I have skybell on another property and this works better.

If you have internet, this is a must have for your front and back door. Best purchase I have made for our home. If you have kids, you will know if they go out or come in also and what time they come in! Easy to setup. Only have to charge it once a month!

The first one I got was defective and the two-way radio didn’t work. I returned it and got the second with battery drained. After 5 hours of struggle, it is working as promised and can’t be pleased. I would give it a five star had it not been my bad luck.

Moved in to our home in January and wanted a security camera for peace of mind. Fair price for the quality. The app works really well, and the video quality is good. New updates on the app distinguishes between people and cars which was useful.

The Ring doorbell is a great product. You can control it for any device through the app. Also can see who’s at your door at anytime and talk to them. The thing that I’d change is that it should come with the chime since it is a doorbell after all.
