Excellent product only downside is that is has adhesive tape that stick it to wall to hold it up which can be pulled of -I guess that’s why that offer a replacement if stolen but does the job for security purposes I recommend it for that reason alone

The video doorbell is an amazing product and Ring's customer service is outstanding. Purchased this doorbell a little over a year ago and it stopped working recently. Called Ring and they sent me a new one immediatley.

Being the least expensive Ring doorbell you do not get all of the features, but for 99 bucks this does the essentials and works well. Now I am always aware of anyone at the door or near the front of my house, which was my main concern!

Last year, I purchased this camera for my house. This is a great camera for anyone who might be technology limited or beginners. I also purchased another one for a family member who shared their need for a Ring-Video Doorbell Camera.

Item works great. Only issue was that I had to get a new Wi-Fi router to get the videos to load

About the same price as installing a peep hole on your door, the ring doorbell allows you to see anyone at your door, whether you are home or not. It’s convenient and does not need to be charged much.it also is a great theft deterrent.

I love this thing! At first I had the sensitivity up too much so my phone was blowing up with motion notifications but I finally got a good level set. It has come in handy with answering the door since we live in the upstairs of a split level home. I don't know how I survived without this before haha.

I was so excited about getting the Ring doorbell. I like it for the notification that someone is at my door. However, when I answer the ring doorbell, the person at my door can never understand what I am saying. The same goes for the camera - the picture is pretty distorted. I have my Ring Doorbell connected directly to my old doorbell.

Works perfect. Everyone should have one of these. 6 month charge if not hardwired is excellent.

I live in an apartment complex in which I got a court ordered protection order against another tenant for stalking and harassment. Ring videos helped get the order and even my neighbors tell me they feel safer with my Ring doorbell camera.

I really like this product, though it is very sensitive to any movement. I have it on the lowest setting which is supposed to be 5-10 feet, but it still picks up movement 25 feet away. Can be bit annoying to get all of the notifications, but better safe than sorry.

Provides a little extra security for your residence. It's good to know who is at the door

Doubles as a doorbell and security camera. When there is motion at your door you get an alert as well as when the doorbell rings. The view, day or night is clear and visible. You can speak from wherever you are to communicate to anyone at your door and see them as well. Recommended for all.

It's nice having this especially around the holidays with more than usual amounts of packages.

Great equipment which I fully recommend for anyone, always know who is there.

The only downside to this ring is that I have to charge it once a month. I wish I would have spent the extra $100 for the pro model. Other than that the picture is clear even at night.

Bought it for my parents who wanted a video doorbell to replace their old wired one. Took 10 minutes to install. Works great. Now they can see who's there on their smartphone. Dark bronze color looks great and less like an appliance.
