The video doorbell is great and I have it paired with my Echpo dot and Alexa notifies me when someone is at the door. I also have it paired with my iPhone and can see who's there when I'm not home. Every home should have one.

Great doorbell and the bronze makes it look smooth and classy. Works great in my home.

Whoever thought of this was a genius. I love being able to see who is at my front door and what’s happening in the yard. The installation was a little difficult because it was going onto a brick frame but connecting to the WiFi was easy.

I bought this product to give an upgrade to my current security system and it's great.

When we set sensitivity to catch things at our door, the Ring would pick up cars going by our house, giving us false alerts. Spoke to Ring several times, but we just couldn’t get it set up without getting every car going down the street.

Excellent item, we were able to see the UPS delivery guy deliver a package while we were on vacation in Florida, we could inform someone to pick it up with no fear of it being taken. Great to be able to view who is at the door and talk to them if you can't get to the door. A+++

This is my third ring doorbell. I bought this one for my son because I'd like him to enjoy the extra layer of security at his home. It allows you to check if anyone tried to get into your home through your front or back door while you're away. You get alerts as well as a video.

A work associate of mine previously purchased this and I was very impressed so I decided to get one for my house. I am very pleased with the unit and love that I can keep tabs on who's at the door even when my wife and I are away. The only negative I have is in regards to the motion sensing ability of the unit. I originally had the motion range at its max. distance. I was getting false triggers frequently so I kept reducing its sensing range until it was at the minimum. Unfortunately I was still getting motion triggers when there was nothing there. I finally turned the motion sensing function off and just use it as a doorbell so a person has to physically ring the doorbell for me to be notified that someone is at the front door. That is the only reason I gave this 4 instead of 5 stars. Even still it is a great invention and I recommend it!

We purchased this for our parents. It works great and they actually set it up very easily. They have an older iPad that they use as their dedicated screen. It’s definitely worth it if you get a lot of traffic people in & out of your neighborhood.

This product helps me know who is at my door when I am away and help protect my house.

Purchased this as a gift and my Son and Daughter in law love it. The only improvement they should make is when you hook it up to the old doorbell the electric does not recharge the batteries . So my understanding is once a year you have to take it apart and charge the battery.

Returned the product because I could not mount it on my vinyl siding.

Got the Ring video doorbell for Christmas. Setup was easy and connecting it at my front door was also easy. Even though I wired it to my existing doorbell, I have it running on battery power as the Ring is not working with the wiring. I reached out to support and it seems that the connection should work. They have suggested that I add a resistor to the doorbell transformer to see if that works and add a Ring chime so that I get a doorbell chime in the house. Can't hear the chime that is on the Ring outside. Video quality and sound from the Ring is good. There is a delay from the time the doorbell rings til I get a notification on my phone but from reading other reviews I expected this.

The iring is a great product. Was trying to decide between installing a camera or getting this. Have to say this was the better decison. Motion detection is a great feature and so is the live view. If using the battery the live view tends to drain the battery a little faster.

Not installed as of yet. But have neighbors who highly recommend it!!

Ok camera but to bad you can’t adjust the sensitivity low enough. It catches cars driving by in an ally that’s about 75 ft. away and telling me there’s motion at my back door. Picture quality is fair, it’s 780p.

My husband bought this after going to our alarm company. We are glad for the purchase. Works great after a few months of having it. The range is perfect for our front door walkway. Very accurate use on our phones. Very easy to use from our phones.
