Very easy to install and works really well! My only complaint is a couple of weeks after I purchase they introduced improved model. The company is offering nothing for existing customers

I love both of my Ring video cameras. View is clear and covers my entire yard area - including part of my neighbors. So easy to install and re charge. I feel much more safe. And, I love not having monitoring fees, etc..

Best decision we ever made. No one can sneak on the porch and steal a package. I gave 4 stars because I wish it picked up motion a little quicker, though that may have to do with our WiFi network and not the device.

Picks up everything according to focus! The battery lasted about 2 months, but I have high traffic on the street that runs in front of my house so it was constantly going off with alerts. ReCharged the battery from my computer!

We like the satisfaction of seeing who is at the door, no matter where we are.

Works ok. It doesn't know how to not trigger on passing cars. When I change the sensitivity then I miss people actually walking through my yard. (My neighbor pulled my trash bins from the front of my house up my driveway to the garage and it didn't catch it at all.) Also I leave a porch light on at night, which seems to mess with the cameras ability to see very far with its night vision. So I can only see my porch at night. I don't love the device but I still use it because it's better than nothing, does catch when people come to my door, and I like being notified when someone rings the bell.

Purchased for my parents. The only problem is that they don't get very good audio & the electric line they attached it to is not charging the battery. May have to look into other options. In our area the one we have works fine.

We purchased 2 of these items as a last minute buy at the store. Hook up was easy enough. Didn't get any alerts until the person walked up on the long sidewalk, was on our porch and then back out at the street. Adjusted the sensitivity and it still didn't activate until person was leaving porch. Spent a long time trying to hook up one on back porch. Called CS and after much deliberation realized we had a bad unit. Said he'd mail out another one. Never received it and after about a week, called and someone else said they'd get one mailed. Finally got the 2nd unit 3 days prior to the 14 day return policy ended (started installing and this whole mess the day we bought it). That one was not broken, however would not activate when pressed or with any motion. Yet another call to CS and lots of messing with the WIFI, we were finally told to use the units your internet has to be strong enough for 2 units and also any streaming you do in the house (we've got good internet) and also reach a certain distance. I have a 2 1/2 story home and the modem is upstairs. I get connection way up the yard and back at our garage but this wouldn't even begin to work for the back for one. Was even too weak for the front door one to pick up timely (and that one is within the range he told me on the phone). This would have been nice to know prior to going through all the hassle. BB associates had no clue of this either. It's a shame because I had high hopes for this and could have been a great product for us but it's not worth making the huge jump in internet costs we would need (pay too much already for internet) and to also buy an extension for the WIFI range.

Purchased for my husband as Christmas gift. Had a lot of fun setting up. We did have to get creative to mount the doorbell over existing doorbell since there was not enough space. Works great, very handy monitoring package deliveries.

Item works as described. Has few cons but that is acceptable.

It works great! I love all the features, especially the neighbors reporting incidents caught from their RING. It keeps you on your toes to know what's going on around you. And you can talk to people who comes to your door when you're not there.

We were looking to get some cameras around our home. We chose Ring doorbell as our first security camera. It was very easy to set up and works great. I have the ability to answer the door wherever I am. We will be expanding to the other Ring cameras soon.

Easy to set up, works as advertised. This ring unit is 720p, but it still serves it purpose..works great with ups and FedEx drivers, I'm able to let the driver know where to leave my packages and also keep and eye on my home.

I got it so I don’t have to run to the door/peephole & yell “Who is it?” Now I can know right away who’s there! Took some tweaking to get the zone how I wanted but once that was done I’ve been completely satisfied! And I feel safer, too!

We bought this before we bought our house knowing we wanted one. Finally got it installed and it was very simple. I like the community in the app so I can know what’s going on around me.

Had problems with my phone taking to it but finally got it and it's great
