I bought one for me at my new house and this was for my boyfriend! He installed and we love to be able to see who is on our doorstep, especially during this holiday season when I have gifts delivered! I have total peace of mind with this awesome product!

Needed some security for my new home this definitely was worth the buy.!

I bought this for my 80 year old Mom so that we can monitor her home and make it a bit safer. I had held off on this purchase in the past because I was afraid it was too "techy" for her. My Mom is a "young" 80 yo, who has a smartphone and knows how to use it, so my concerns were unfounded. I installed this without any problem. It didn't work with her existing chime though and I had to install a separate chime so it could ring in her house. It was easy to install and quick to get up and running. This one isn't as clear video as the Ring 2 or the pro, but it does the job for a cheaper price. Sometimes it can be grainy and there are some false alarms (-1 star), but overall, we are happy with this purchase.

Excellent camera, shipping was fast and easy. Everything was in the box.

Using as a front door camera, decent quality and visual. App can be glitchy, overall it does what it should. People can ring the doorbell and you can speak to them without going to the door

Deducted one star for battery life. Other than that works great and once I modified the settings it quit picking up shadows and reflections from the street which is 25 feet away.

Very happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend.

I like this product but I am not a fan of having to pay for additional storage. It is only $3/month currently. It serves its purpose well as a video doorbell but not much security without the record feature.

This was easy to install and setup. I can't believe it took me so long to actually get one. The nice thing is, I'm joining several of my neighbors in getting a Ring doorbell and we can watch out for each other.

Really love this but seeing the difference in video quality between this camera and the Floodlight Security Camera we're definitely looking at upgrading to the next version when money allows.

Its alerts are very good, but it sometimes doesn't record/records a black screen with an error message. Good picture close up, but I'd like to have a better approaching picture.

Product works great. There is a $3/ month but is very worth it as you can watch videos in the past. It's also another community to be part of to alert each other what's going on in the neighborhood

Camera doorbell works as advertised. Before I bought this I really didnt realize the amount of traffic on my street. I recommend this for anyone wanting a bit of security at the front door

I purchased my new ring, and when it arrived I had no problem installing it myself! I love it, because with the husband working evenings and nights I don't have to worry about not knowing who is at the door!

This is really good thing to have ,you can Alway know who at you door and special if you like me Alway orders stuff off line you can tell the Postman where to put it if you not home LOVE IT
