I really like it. Can see everything and everyone. Glad I bought this product. I will recommend it all my family and friends. I think they would love it just a such as much I do.

Purchased two of these for Christmas gifts for our children. They said they were easy to install. They really like being able to see who is at the door and to be able to talk with them.

After our first one glitched out (off brand) we snagged this great deal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for security and to avoid answering the door for solicitors ;)

In the beginning it may seem a bit annoying for your phone to be going off a lot but after a while of fine tuning it to your likings and surrounding area, this product is amazing. We found out that the mail man pulls into our driveway to deliver packages, which was funny to watch. Luckily our area is not too bad, we mainly got it to see why some packages come damaged. The only downside is that we have sideways stairs so it does not always notice people walking. I also think this is due to a low wifi signal all the way to the front of our house but this is not an issue with the product. Just know that you will also need to invest in a wifi extender if you have low signal where this is going.

The video is clear and the bell seems to work well (have only had it a couple weeks). Just wish I'd known we had to purchase a separate chime (unless you want to use your iPhone exclusively but that didn't work well for us). Also the app doesn't seem to work well as we are having trouble trying to change the ring tone. We change it but it reverts back. Also we have 4 adults in the house so all 4 phones are quite often chiming simultaneously (doesn't help we installed on our carport door which is in a frequently traveled area)

The door bell function and motion sensor are pretty impressive. There is a slight delay from when the motion is detected, and you recieve the notification, but other than that, good product.

Item was on time.. Also was easy to set up.. Really great value.. Camera has a light glare toward the sun.. on the other hand works great..

This has been a life saver. Now I don’t have to worry about FedEx or UPS delivering packages to my home when I’m there. Because I get an alert. I can’t wait to buy more ring products!!!!

Bought this for my parents thinking they might not really like it but turns out that they love it. the device functions as it should and it is easy to use. definitely recommend to buy

I was looking for a smart home door bell. It was between the ring and nest. I went with the ring after talking to some friends who also had the ring doorbell. I wish I would have went with the next step up. The setup was somewhat difficult. I had to make my own platform to mount the doorbell to. My old doorbell was a lot smaller then The ring so it wouldn’t fit. After I got it installed and setup I wish I would have went with the ring pro. The video quality isn’t that great from further distances. But for the price it is a good doorbell camera.

Happy I didn’t listen to some reviews I’m very happy with this product in so many ways the app is great and the setup and installation was s breeze especially with the video. Highly recommend

This is a great product you can see a panoramic view around your home . It's so amazing we are buying one for our back door. The view is so freaking clear the camera is the number 1 reason I love this Doorbell

Easy to install and setup. Ring video doorbell is great for detecting motion and providing a peephole through your devices. However there are several problems with it. The motion detection feature is somewhat broken as it detects too much at greater distances than your settings. It will create a humming noise for some mechanical doorbells. In order to view video after the initial 30 days, you need to subscribe to the cloud service. This device will work with Amazon Alexa devices (Echo Dot functions an extra doorbell ringer). If you plan to have the Ring security system, purchase this first.

I have a security system but this makes me feel 100 times more secure and there us a minimal charge per month.Ill have the entire system eventually i highly recommend this product

The Ring doorbell we purchased was easy to install with existing wiring. I had to mount it next to a wall to spare my mom's siding but she can see everything just fine. Great value.

I bought it at Best Buy, and it did not synch up with my internet because it was defective. Luckily the Ring service department is unbelievably good. They answer right away and stay with you until the problem is resolved. I sent them the defective Best Buy Ring doorbell and they sent me a new one that worked and synched up immediately to my internet. The Ring service dept. is the best that I have ever worked with. Other then that the Ring can be a little spotty at times and not work so well and other times work great. Overall we like it. The door bell part of the Ring is also a little spotty but it works most of the time.

Purchased this unit for a Christmas gift for my mother in law. She loves the unit. I installed the product for her; very easy installation

Great product if you just want the basic model and okay picture quality. I rather add a little more money for the higher model with clearer picture quality.

These doorbells are unbelievable. The quality is unmatched. Had use these for years. Tried the others, but ring really knows what is needed
