The nail delivery people have time to walk up my walk way and leave before the camera even starts. The charge still pretty steady so we don’t have to charge it too often and it looks nice, not plain. Overall it’s a good product but it can use a little tweaking on the recording/pickup start.

Oh no, I am so sorry to hear about this poor Ring experience. Ring Video Doorbell is compatible with 802.11 b/g/n WiFi networks operating at 2.4 GHz frequencies. Ring recommends WPA2 Wi-Fi security. Additionally, for best streaming performance, we recommend 1 Mbps upload and download speeds. Do you happen to know what your upload and download speeds are? You can check by visiting www.bandwidthplace.com on your cell phone, and running a speed test right next to where your Ring Doorbell is installed.
