Not much I can say more than folks don't spend money on this kind of thing until they have already had an incident. Buy one BEFORE you have a problem!

Have not had any issues with this Ring doorbell. Easy to connect to WiFi and works perfectly. Keeps an eye on my front door/yard area with any visitors.

Great product and very easy to install. I had it in and working in 5 minutes. No need to disconnect all the power in the house since the existing doorbell is on very low voltage.

I can now rest; feel protected. My son installed the doorbell with it being hardwired and connected to my cellphone in under 8 minutes. Incredible

Wanted to keep an eye on who’s coming by the house. Feel much safer knowing I can check anytime. Very is to use and set up.

Was excited to get this Ring at a great sale price (under $100) but I failed to measure my old doorbell and this didn't fit. I returned it for another.

I Purchased this for my backyard. It works great. very clear picture. easily installed.

A great product to have. Works as a doorbell and camera. Motion detector is not sensitive enough for longer distances unless you are a garbage truck going down the street.

Added this Ring to the back yard to check up on the kids while they're in the above group pool. Great addition to our Ring alarm system as well.

This doorbell replaced my existing doorbell, with no special tools required. Like the availability of adapter to aim camera more advantageous.

I love our ring. It is nice to see when packages are delivered, but I find myself checking it often. I can't believe we ever lived without this!

This is my favorite Smart home device. The doorbell works great and it allows me to keep an eye on activities at the front door when I'm not at home.

Got it on sale for half price.it does what it says it will..battery needs charged every few months and did NOT come with indoor chime.wish it did

I’m a fan of ring products and have a variety of them. I installed the lesser expensive unit to keep an eye on my in-laws home. They have lots of unwanted solicitors and random people walking near the home. Again, I’m a ring fan, but the video quality of this unit lacks. Very grainy. I should have upgraded them to the pro series for the higher quality video. It gets the job done, so I’m not completely dissatisfied.

Love this product. Although it’s not a security system I feel safer having visibility into who is knocking on my door. Would recommend

Camera has great range outside. Pictures are clear a d sound is audible. Nice little security camera for the novice.

It’s great to know what’s going on at home while I’m away ! You will be very surprised of what goes on . Just great overall security device

Got it right before vacation....installed in no time and even though we were 700 miles away, it notified us everytime someone approached the house.
