We love our Ring. We researched this Ring vs the Pro and saw that you can see further with this Ring than the Pro (see youtube videos with side by side comparisons of each view). Their customer service is fantastic - US based - if there is ever an issue with installing or afterwards, they make sure to help you fix it in one phone call. If the connection is too slow, you have to upgrade your wifi speed and that will definitely take care of the issue. Everyone who sees us use the app, cant believe that you dont have to be home to answer the door! We are going to be adding the Ring Floodlights next.

Love the product but charging the unit is somewhat an issue/pain. Having to remove the ring device is a pain. Wish there was a work around. I had an incident at my home but was not able to “ring in” because the battery was dead. I was given warning but was away from home. I lost some valuable video during this time Also lost some video while bringing the unit into my home to charge.

A friend recommended the Ring doorbell & helped me install my first one, then we purchased the second one for the back door for more security!

It’s a good camera for the price I just wish that I got the one that was two hundred my has one and it shows much better

This camera only works when front door is open. Tech support did not seem to be able to resolve the problem. Tested the the strength of the wifi out doors. I added a wifi extender which is located less than 10 ft from bell(inside). I realize if you have a steel storm door and screened windows, the bell might not work as expected.

Easy to set up and install. Works well with Alexa. Battery life less than 30 days but still a good item. Would recommend.

Easy to set up and use! The only issue I have is I have to keep adjusting the settings because of the traffic in front of my house.
