great devise and easy to install. I can see who comes to my door and alert me about anything near my house. love it

Couldn't figure out the wired setup but went with the wireless and other than charging it every month or so works great.

I caught several people that tried to steal packages off my door step with this system. Very affordable and great quality.

You'll need to fiddle with the sensitivity settings so that you don't get a bunch of false alerts, but it is kind of cool.

Got it on black Friday for about half off. It's a great product and well worth full price. Does need a mthly or annual subscription.

Received as a gift, love the safety of being able to see who’s at the door and near the house without having to open door to strangers. However this is the 1st model so the camera is not the greatest. Also we attached to existing doorbell - so we didn’t need this model that comes w/ a battery. However when my friend & I purchased, Best Buy didn’t offer the other model ☹️

The Ring doorbells are fantastic. I bought it so if I leave my house, I can see the front door.

I love the concept of integrating old doorbell system with emerging technologies. However, the buyers need to have some skills to make this work. Two comments: 1) A WiFi extender is recommended if your ring doorbell could not obtain a "good" WiFi signal; 2) Upgrade your old doorbell transformer to 24 VAC if there are more than 5 events generated/detected by your ring doorbell system. Traditional 10 - 16 VAC doorbell system may not be able to charge your ring doorbell battery fully.

Like an iphone, this is a little pricey compared to compitetitors but also like the iphone, its ease to set up, seay to use and works well.
