Nice to be able to see who is at the door without opening it. Only problem I have had is that it takes a minute for the unit to want to show who is there and come up on either my phone or tablet. Should open a video screen when it announces a ring at the door. Also if you have a current doorbell it will charge for you via the wiring. Just takes some time. Recommend that you charge the unit till at least 60% before hanging it.

My Ring doorbell works well. The only issue I have is it tends to sometimes glitch when it's hot and humid outside.

Love my ring! Have installed literally hundreds of these and never had issues. Looking forward to swapping mine for the Ring Pro HD

Great product! Nice when your at work to see who is coming to your house, especially with kids there.

This sounded like a great product and a friend of mine got one and highly recommended it. So it bought one and it works great! A bit of a delay when it hits my cell phone but I guess that is to be expected. Great wide angle viewing day and night. I feel much more comfortable leaving my house knowing that this little piece of security is right in the palm of my hand.

I've really enjoyed the ring video. It keeps you up to date on what's happening around you. I feel alot safer as well

Purchased a second chime box for upstairs. This will make it easier to hear when someone is at the door, especially when music is playing.

It does not have a good camera to see from afar but for the price it is good for what it has.

This item works great! It's a little sensitive but once you play with the settings, it's invaluable to your security.
