This doorbell has worked great for our application, our front door is on a different floor from our family room and it saves us from solucitors

Bought for my wife as a gift after a lady at work discussed how the one that she had bought was great.

Although I bought this one as a gift for my parents, the Ring products I own are excellent. I would make one suggestion though, if you're hardwiring it make sure your doorbell transformer is good. If you're not sure about it, I would change it out. Also, make sure your wifi signal is strong or you may have issues with it working properly. The only negative thing I have to say about these is the playback takes a couple of minutes to upload and play if you don't look at it right away.

Better then I thought.. very impressed.. though if someone walking a dog gets to close motion sensor goes off.. but overall great!

I am loving my new doorbell. The clarity of the video is pretty good. The capability to answer your doorbell while away is a plus.

Looks nice, works well. Wish the battery would last a little bit longer.

It was great at first, but then you had to purchase the storage plan after a month. The Battery went dead twice in 2 months. It's not a stable device where you can just leave and depend on it. You have to purchase a plan to keep watching your property and speaking thru the intercom. That's why they made 3 other RING's...There should only be one RING that you can rely on

I needed a new doorbell. I never thought about the video aspect. I love being able to see who's at the door from anywhere. Love this product.

I feel more secure seeing the front of my house. I can see who is in front of my door and of front of my house.

This product was easy to install. Very helpful while not at home to communicate with and see who is at the door!

Follow directions for easy setup. Download App and you have a camera at your door. Video quality exceptionally good.

Great device. I love it when I’m not home I can talk to any visitor and the resolution is great.

I recommend this item also you can control Over your phone or laptop this is a great product and really enjoy it also for techies

Good price for the things you can do with your doorbell. Kinda sucks the membership for video recording.
