I’m very happy to finally have Ring video doorbells on both my front & back doors. Unfortunately, there seems to be a little delay in most movement notifications. However, the doorbell notifications are immediate. Additionally, the video quality is mediocre unless the object is close to the camera. Overall, I’m still happy that I purchased these items & feel safer in my home.

works well, i would suggest you hard wire it as the battery life isnot very long

I like the camera but wish I could view a past recording of anytime and not just motion detected.

We have been using this doorbell since 2 yrs. My concern is the battery charging as it runs out of charging pretty quickly. We couldn't hardwire so, we are using it by charging the battery every two months. Also, I would suggest they should have given free 1GB storage for recording.

They sent us additional adapters for free that we needed to install the doorbell at an angle.

Easy to install with the proper tools. Make sure to read the instructions fully before installing.

For the money, this camera is great. It takes some time and effort to set the coverage area (it was triggering every time a car drove by), but once you hit the sweet spot, you're done. The downsides are the resolution (noticeable because I also bought the spotlight camera, which has 1080), and the lack of a removable battery. If those are important, shell out the money for the Ring 2 or Ring Pro.

This is the coolest doorbell I have ever had. I plan on getting 2 more for the other doors of the house.

My mom needed a doorbell for help on weeding out the crazies that roam to her door. Also it's good for a form of security.

Is good to see who is at the door. Better video quality than I thought it will be
