We decided to purchase one as a gift...it was very well received. The only complaint that I have is that the small screws just spin and spin and it is very difficult to remove the Ring to charge. The installation is easy too if you already have a hardwired doorbell. I would have put 5 star if it could improve the loading time. So far it takes about 5 to 10 seconds loading time to view the camera.
