Love it!!

It is so super cool to be able to see outside our front door at any time. We haven't gotten the additional chime for the inside, yet, and don't know if we will. This thing is wonderful!! There is infrared so you can see at night, also.

I like that you can also be alerted if someone near by has an issue or alert and keep me updated. It cheap to for what you get. Only has 1 down fall for some reason the internet keeps disconnecting from the door bell so I have to re connect every so often. Other than that I would recommend to friends

Not quite sold on it

So far, the motion does not work at all. All the help FAQs say it is the app, but it is set up for motion in the app and still does not work. There is also a delay from the ring to the app.

Awesome device but bad video
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So I have not come to the conclusion of if the device is choppy or if my Internet connection is slow, but when I try and view the video through my phone the video is very laggy and choppy. I can hear the person fine, but the video feed gets pixelated. Still worth it!

I have the sensitivity on the motion detector pull down to 5 foot and if cars go by too fast in front of the house, it will set the motion detector off. The first ring I purchased I got 12 months of videos that I could access. This one has dropped down to less than 1 month.
