I'm no fan of subscriptions

The only way to get this back is another subscription to add to the list of things I already have to pay for monthly. Worth? Yes

Video doorbells are now a must have for us

It's so convenient to be able to see who's at the door. I've also politely declined sales people. I find new uses for it constantly like recently I wondered if our recycling had been picked up, so I went on my ring app and watched it.
