Great product with cool functionality, love the video!

My friend introduced this product and now I am one of many users who installed the same product in my neighborhood. I was surprised almost 70% of my neighbors are using this product. In addition, my 14 years old son installed this without an issue.

Doesn't work too well for me. I am upgrading my wi fi in hope that solves it

Doorbell works fine. Guess with all the advertised hype. I expected the video to catch motion as soon as its detected and not till it's almost over. Adjustment is either too sensitive or not sensitive enough.

I really like it, but with today's technology, I would have liked to see a better camera even at this level for clearer views. It does the job. When people first walk up they talk about it and some have seen it before and have heard what it can do. I recorded a whole conversation regarding the Ring.

Best one on the market : easy to setup and easy to use.

I really like my Ring Door Bell. However, it is slow in accessing my app on my iPhone. Also, the Motion portion is not working. It would be helpful if a USB jack on the bottom was added for charging without removing it from the framework.

The ring is a great device. Beautiful picture display.

I love this product and it is easy to use. i recommended.

Love the ring product, plan on owning a few more different models in the new future. First one we bought went out on us. Took it back to best buy and with the warranty swapped out for a new one. We had to buy another warranty but it saved us from total cost of a new device. well worth it.

If you want to know who is coming across your yard, this is the item for you. You can charge a battery or wire into your doorbell, either way please know you will see who comes up to your door. Fully adjustable from 5 to 25 feet, this is the best investment I've made in a really long time.

Received missing a required software update that rendered it temporarily useless and very frustrating. After customer service pushed out the update unit responded nicely. Completely useless if you don't purchase the Ring Protect Plan so expect an additional expense.

I love this device, not expensive for what it does

Very poor mounting ability- screws are way too small - unable to mount securely as a doorbell or just using as a security camera- battery was supposed to be good for one year on its own (stand alone not hard wired) battery lasted 5 weeks... .video quality was very good while it worked- I would not recommend this product simply because you can NOT mount it securely.

The ring doorbell is very helpful. You can adjust to see your area or your neighbors yard & across the street. Its conv6to speaking to someone when you're no home & see what's going around the perimeter of your home. You can go back an d review

The only thing that is kind of a pain with this is oh do not have a powered doorbell you need to charge the doorbell.... it does have a very good battery but would be better if my home had a hard wire setup. Not the products fault but can be challenging.
