This is a great piece of added security for my home

For the price it is not bad, but there are a few things that bother me about this doorbell cam. Once you receive alerts that there is motion in your yard, if you don't access it through the app at just the right time it will not allow you to see a live view until it finishes recording the live clip and uploads it to the server. This is quite annoying if you are wanting to see if there is actually someone at your door who has not pressed the doorbell. You can access the video once it uploads but that could be a minute or two. So far the battery seems to be good. I access the camera quite a bit since I live in an area that trips the motion several times a day and the battery seems to hold pretty well.

We love our ring products! This doorbell camera works pretty well and has a ton of features. My only complaint is that the software seems a bit finicky and charging the doorbell is kind of a pain. Otherwise, great product!

I would recommend this product because it has great features for the money. Even though, this video doorbell meet the need when we first moved in a crowded new neighborhood, it lacks the consistent quality service attributes that many of its competitors offer.

Who does not know about the riNG DOORBELL, its amazing to view video footage, this is the original so low on resolution compared to ring doorbell 2 but still good clarity, THE Night vision is good more like blank and white, if you need color keep a small light on. will work great.

Picture & clarity are great. Good zoom, clear sound.

Nice well known brand. Does what it is supposed to do. Don’t like the fact you can’t record anything outside of notification recording unless you are looking at the live view and record to your phone. All in all it does work as a decent doorbell camera though.

Product worked as promised and was easy to install.

Not only does it alert you via the app when someone is at your door, but the live view makes it even better to see whether it's someone that you need to answer or not. It's best when I can see the live camera from work, knowing if there's a package awaiting me.

got this for my sister for christmas and she loves it. it send you a notification whenever any one is at your door and lets you see and speak with them, great for inhibiting mail theft. my sister feels much safer now AND she found out that a raccoon comes and eats all the cat food in the middle of the night.

Picture quality is pretty good. Returned it for the Panasonic indoor cams. Ring and some other products charge for cloud storage and review. Not what I needed. Ring also had a breach.

Not consistent. Get notifications of cars outside range set but does not react to my mailman till he is leaving. Changing sensitivity does not seem to matter. Seems to be affected by heat. On hot days it does see people at all.
